Does what supposed to do. Value for money

It is so easy and so fast, I wonder why I haven’t done it earlier!Best value too.

This product is packaged with a solvent which comes in a dropper, however when trying to use the dropper it exploded over me. The reason for this is that there was no hole in the plastic tip for the fluid to escape through. Very shoddy item, with instructions on the back which didn't even match the product. The CD didn't work either...

So far I've tried this on two machines - it didn't work on one, but worked perfectly on the other. It's possible my machine is beyond redemption! The instructions on the package are so basic they're almost useless and it instructs you to put the fluid on the cloth, NOT the brush when there was no cloth, only two brushes. Other than that, you shove in the disk, follow the instructions on the screen (if they come up - if they don't then you might want to headbutt something), and then your CD/DVD player should be improved. I wrote a bad review for this when I tried it first and regret it now so I hope this good review evens up the score a bit ...

The product was accurately described and arrived very quickly so no issues there. I used it on my old TV DVD player and it did not cure the problem. I suspect this has much more to do with the age of my player than the fact the product did not work. It was a bit of a gamble which could have worked but unfortunately did not. On the product pack enclosure it says there are two protusions on the disk. One a little brush and one a bit of cloth. On mine there were two brushes. I am told that the description is out of date and will be corrected. So don't be confused when it says put a drop of cleaning fuel on the cloth. Put it on one of the brushes.

This was a must have item for general maintenance cleaning of computers/DVD units. I had been having a problem with dust and pet hair build up after running this just once i was able to read DVD's that previously i could not. I use it as a general maintenance clean every now and then.

you get what you pay for ultimately, the product is fairly cheap looking, the nozzle top is almost impossible to penetrate for the cleaning fluid, I bought it to try and clean the laser on my xbox 360 due to disk read errors, if anything it has seen the xbox 360 off as it will barely read anything now.I presume that this has the ability to work in some scenarios, but it hasn't worked for me, and i wouldn't be recommending it to other people.

I love this item I used it on my wii that hasn't worked for about 6 months and this was a last resort and after using it about 6 times ( not doing the whole process as it doesn't recognise the disc) my wii now works. I would highly recommend this item to anyone
