I measured my arms as per the page before buying these. Got a medium (I was on the border between M and L) as I prefer a snug fit. But they're unsupportive and "saggy".Sorry folks, they look great, good materials, but the shape and support aren't good.Not best pleased.

Always tough to know what size to get. Maybe I should have gone a size smaller but I think i would never have got them on and off. They stay exactly where you put them, and in this cold weather (I use a proper gym that is ice cold in winter) they have certainly kept the elbow joint warmer.Sadly done nothing to support the elbows or help with pain: but TBH that might well be me - as I shift huge weight. Not tried them in the summer yet, hoping they go on and off so easily.

My son uses these elbow covers to lift heavy weights would definitely recommend this company and products.

Really good, upgrade on my last set - thick and supportive lifting heavy(ish). Worth the money, and the difference in price from the thinner sets available imo. Follow the sizing guide ( I am usually XL but L the correct size this time ).

Overly tight at the top but still doesn't feel like it adds support to elbow. Material feels cheap and I don't think they'll last more than a few months

Brilliant for preventing elbow pain when heavy weightlifting. Size guide was accurate for a good snug fit. Size tag would have been a nuisance but thankfully rips out super easy.
