Love Naturelo

Haven’t seen any changes yet
To be honest I haven’t seen any changes yet.After taken the amount recommended which is 2and2=4 a day of the Naturelo whole food multivitamin for two weeks with a meal I started feeling dizzy and getting the urge to throw up. So I stopped for a few days and the symptoms disappeared.I started taken it again recently but only 1(one) a day and I haven’t had the symptoms back.
