Essential oils are extracted from various plant parts like flowers, leaves, stems, roots, seeds, bark, resin or fruit rinds. Each plant contains only a tiny percentage of essential oil, so several kilos of the plant are harvested to extract a few millilitres of oil. Therefore, these oils are highly concentrated and usually dispensed in drops, or mixed with a base oil for massages. They contain hundreds of therapeutic constituents and are used in personal products, aromatherapy, and for sanitary and healthcare reasons

Really nice lavender smell
I bought this to make some room spray and it has worked perfectly. I have a small spray bottle from earlier ready-bought lavender spray and filled that. I tested it by spraying twice in the living room and it smelled nice. When I came back into the room again after 15 minutes, it still lingered. Very happy with this and it will last to make several bottles of spray.

SunSmart8 - beware, NOT Ancient Wisdom originals!
When you order a specific item, that’s what you expect to receive! SunSmart8 did NOT send me official Ancient Wisdom Lavender essential oils, as you can see by the picture. (Taken next to a tea tree Ancient Wisdom essential oil so you can see the difference)I am keeping them only because I opened one just to make sure it was a true essential oil, I’m pretty sure it is, but I’m still disappointed the bottles are not official Ancient Wisdom as I’ve used them for many years.I will be more savvy in the future, and am giving 2 stars for the actual essential oil, but not too chuffed that SumSmart8 weren’t completely up front that these aren’t Ancient Wisdom whatever the label says!PS: I’m happy to be proven wrong if these are official Ancient Wisdom, but can’t see how SumSmart8 can actually verify they are when the labels are different?

Totally different Lavender Oil??
Did not receive Ancient Wisdom Lavender Oil, was a different branded oil. Got from Mum, Dad and Baby. Avoid.

nice to sleep with a few drops on pillow
delivery very prompt .the lavender oil is excellent product . I have not had this before but find it matches the excellence of other Ancient Wisdom products
