I purchased this starter set because I wanted to save money by polishing my nails myself instead of paying the salon. I polished my nails the day we were to attend a wedding. This was very risky, but I took my time and did the base coat, two coats of polish, and then the top coat. I ran the uv lamp two times in between each coat. The uv lamp is a little small but that’s ok because it is workable and I only paid $10 for the entire kit. My nails are shiny and smooth. I also polished my toes and they turned out great! This kit did not disappoint me. At first, my husband said for me to just go to the salon because it would be easier and I told him no, that I was saving us money! Haha he was concerned but then was pleasantly surprised. He said that they look nice and that I did a good job. My son even complimented me. I felt good about how my nails turned out and didn’t worry about scratching off the polish. I felt even better knowing the money that I saved! The polish did not have a strong smell at all which is a plus for my scent allergies. I will be purchasing more polish because the bottles are small and I would like to try more colors.

For starters, I didn’t get all the colors as listed on the description and some of the stickers don’t match the colors pictured- but colors I did receive are nice and at least I wasn’t shorted. (See picture) Also, packaging was intact.The quality of the polish is smooth; yes a little thick but clean excess off and apply in thin layers. Thick layers will not dry effectively under the UV. The curing time I’ve used is 30 and 60 seconds (light not included in this package) after applying in thin layers and polish dried properly. The bottle sizes are tiny (see photo comparing to Beetles, which are small) You probably need to apply couple thin layers to get the desired shade. I wasn’t sure about the glitter ones cus I don’t usually wear those BUT I ended up loving them!Also, no base coat, shiny top coat or matte top coat included.I did consider returning the item due to missing colors but I’m keeping them since at least I wasn’t shorted.I just wish seller could send me the colors I’m missing (0868 & 0869) as those were the main colors why I chose this item.

First of all, I want to state how amazing this little kit is. BIGGEST bang for your buck!! It has everything you could imagine needing and more (besides maybe acetone). The color variety is phenomenal. In my review photos, I just used the plain white nail polish and added MA03 chrome powder from modelones Chrome Nail Powder Pearl Chrome Powder for Nail Magic kit ($6 for 4 on Amazon when I bought it) on top. I’m absolutely obsessed. In my area, it costs $35 for the exact same manicure, and minimally $45 for the same pedicure. I bought this and the chrome powder multipack for just under $30 total and I am so excited to use them both over and over. Would recommend to everyone! The UV light is great, the color variety in polishes is great, having several different finishes is amazing, and like I said, all of the extra stuff was well utilized. A tiny nail clipper, nail files, buffer, cuticle oil pen. Love love love!!!

I applied over acrylic gel like nails by una gella! I really hope this lasts because I’m obsessed with the colors!!! Will update.Update: polish chipped after a day on thumbs but all other stayed on til I took it off 1 week later!! The colors are definitely NOT as pictured. I’ve done sample nails and I did not get what is pictured. It’s more peachy colors and pink shades. Not nudesUpdate: after the second round of them sending me new polish definitely not what was pictured but that’s okay I’ll keep them they’re summery

Everything was great until I put on the top coat which ended up being thick and bumpy, leaving my manicure ruined. I tried shaking the bottle and warming it up with my hands to work out the thickness, but it still left the top of my nails looking rather sad. Ended up ordering a new top coat from another brand. Note: this is my first time EVER doing my nails like this, so it could be inexperience, but couldn’t find anything in the instructions to note this should be my end result.

Exactly as described and easy to follow instructions.Definitely need practice. But overall happy with this product.The bottles are definitely sample size. I only used them once but I feel like you could get a couple sets out of each bottle.

I like the colors but you have to use more than one coat but other than that I like them. No peeling or chipping, I went well over 2 weeks before it was time to redo my nails.
