This is the best product I’ve ever used to help me stay hydrated and not feel woozy without having to gulp down some kind of electrolyte drink. I can get really dizzy if it’s too hot outside or if I’m exerting myself. I’ve used so many different kinds of electrolyte powders and drinks and they all work great but the thing I don’t like about them is I’m forced to drink flavored drinks when really I just prefer to drink plain water. With these chewable tablets I can just suck or chew on one on the go and when I feel like drinking I can just have plain water or whatever type of beverage I prefer. And you don’t need fluid to swallow them. When I notice I’m feeling a little low in just daily walking around or prior to activities, I’ll just pop one in my mouth. According to the directions, take two tablets for every 30 minutes of exercise but of course everyone will find the amount that’s right for them. The packages each have 10 tablets which is a practical small size to just throw in your pocket or bag. The packaging is really smart because each one has its own resealable ziplock style closure. I’ve tried all the flavors and they’re all tasty. Personally I liked peach, green apple, lemon lime and tart orange the best. According to the packaging, each 2 tablet serving is 100 mg sodium, 30 mg potassium, 10 mg calcium, 6 mg magnesium. They are also Non GMO, gluten free, vegan and there is no artificial colors or sweeteners. I highly recommend these chewable electrolytes. As the packaging says “No Mixing. No waiting. Just chew” - it doesn’t get any easier than that to stay hydrated.

I carry these packs with me on every bike ride and have a bottle on my computer table for my stationary spin bike. These salt/magnesium tabs have been a game changer in preventing cramps on long rides. I drink water on rides but not as often as I should… these tablets have helped keep me hydrated. They taste great. Not too chalky (not even a little bit). I’ll let them dissolve as much as possible (like a lifesaver) before chewing them…. Usually about 5-10 minutes before my ride. I’ve tried all the flavors and all are great. A must have, especially to keep in your pocket to offer to fellow riders/runners who might be struggling with cramps

What I Like: I've tried two flavors now and they are palatable and convenient. I appreciate the variety pack, which allows me to try them out without committing to a huge shipment of something I might not like. They seem to work well enough when I have spent time outside in the Florida heat and humidity. What I'd Change: The colors are unnecessary. While an argument could be made for flavorings to make on-the-go hydration more palatable, it can exacerbate autoimmune issues in people like me. I'd prefer to leave the colors out.

I bought these to take one every 30 minutes while running, since I have been trying to build up to longer distances. They have been helpful and made it easier to stay on top of electrolytes during the run. They are easy to carry, simple to use, and worked well for what I needed. Good option if you are training for longer runs and want something convenient instead of dealing with drinks the whole time.

Bought these numerous times. Found them first at a sporting goods store and buying in bulk on Amazon is a better way to continue to purchase. I use these for help with my heat intolerance. I’ve have issues with hot environments, summer, traveling etc… and taking electrolytes has definitely made a difference. I enjoy the taste, I like that I don’t have to add it to my water - I prefer plain water. I only do not prefer the watermelon flavor but … happy to take it if it means I won’t get sick from being overheated!

I bought these electrolyte tablets for my daughter to take while traveling since she has POTS and it’s not always easy to access water on the go. Unfortunately, they weren’t a great fit for her needs. Each tablet only contains 100 mg of sodium, which is quite low for POTS, so they don’t provide much benefit in that regard, though I figured they’d still be better than nothing. The biggest issue, however, is the taste. I tried them myself, and they are honestly terrible. Given the low sodium content, I expected a more tolerable flavor, but that wasn’t the case at all. My daughter couldn’t stomach them either, which made them essentially unusable. To make matters worse, they’re quite expensive for what you get. Overall, disappointing product. I would not purchase again.
