Immediately the product looks and feels strong and well made. It goes deeper, not only does the solid design reassure you that the lock is going to keep your bike (or whatever you want to protect) safe, it has a high quality finish that feels almost like you've treated yourself to something more expensive.The long cable is a brilliant extra. Again, it feels just as high quality. You can use the lock with or without the cable, depending on your needs.It comes with several spare keys. Some other brands supply a key with a light to make it easier to navigate the lock in the dark, which is not a feature on this particular product. Perhaps the manufacturer could consider adding this. Otherwise I can't think of further improvements.To conclude, this is a high quality product that is well worth the money. I have no regrets whatsoever about making this purchase.

The lock itself is very sturdy and secure, with weather protection for the keyhole. And unlike many other bike locks I have had, the fitting to secure the lock onto the bike frame is great - easy to fit and the way the lock is inserted and removed from the fitting is very smooth and effective.There was a minor problem with the initial delivery (no problem with the product itself) and when I notified the company they dealt with it incredibly quickly and efficiently - really impressive customer service.

Bolts well, solid feel and secured bike. The bike attachment to store the lock does get loose at times and needs tightening at frequent intervals. Besides that pretty solid item it even covers the locking mechanism from rust 🙂

Was due to come in a 3 days but came next day which was absolutely fantastic. The packaging was very well organised and came with everything that is required. A slip of paper is also provided to explain how to use the lock and an optional mount guide for your bike. The lock itself is solid and also comes with a cable that allows you to secure the front wheel to the lock. Comes with two keys and a replacement keycard so don'y forget to register it incase you lose both keys. Overall I am very happy with the service provided by ViaVelo.

Looks and feels good, seems to be sturdy, just can be a bit awkward locking, the key doesn't always turn fully, might just need a bit of oil in the lock, apart from that it's great, the cable is more than long enough for my full size mountain bike to go through both wheels and frame

The lock is good, i don't have any complaints about the lock itself to be honest. easy to use and easy to lock. I really don't like the holder the lock comes with, it is easy to put on but it always moves when riding even when tightened hard enough to put marks into the saddle post. Just recently the holder broke as the vibrations from the lock while on the move slowly disintegrated the holder. The screws keeping both of the parts of the holder together (not the clamp that attaches to the bike, holder itself) always came loose and the button was always a bit bothersome to use but the button eventually snapped fully out of the holder itself due to trying to hold the heavy weighted lock.TLDR: Good lock, Rubbish holder
