Excellent matzo
These matzos are nice and crisp and with sufficient body not to crumble everywhere. The taste has a bit of a nut quality.

Matzoh as it Should Be
I always prefer whole wheat bread and matzoh, for both flavor and food value. Yehuda Whole Wheat matzoh is delicious. I eat it all year round.

Ordered April 21, 2024. Received a product with best by date of 11/8/2023. Opened to try it and it tastes off, definitely past its shelf life.

It's whole wheat matzo. What can you expect?
Matzo, by rule, is dry and pretty tasteless. No flavoring, no salt, but still, this is good whole wheat matzo. Better nutrition and fiber than plain matzo. There is a minor breakage problem due to shipping the boxes of matzo, but whole wheat matzo is not available everywhere, so convenience overrides breakage.

Great wheat taste when not over baked,
I have liked Yehuda whole wheat matzohs because they are well baked and thus have a great wheat flavor. However, the last batch a bought were very over baked, very nearly burnt. This may just be a rare quality control slip up.
