Excellent rack for holding rolls of wrapping paper. Easy to assemble and hang. Looks great. Easy to use.

Unit is sturdy
Only one of the polls unscrews, anchors are just ok. Unit is strong and nice.

End caps NOT removable.
Do not buy this if you are looking for a ribbon or wrapping paper system. The length doesn’t hold a standard size roll of wrapping paper, the end caps on the rods are welded on so you can’t thread tubes of paper, ribbon, etc.

Poor Design
Nice rack, except on most of the rods you can not unscrew one end to remove the knob stop. Most wrapping paper and ribbon spools will not fit over the end knob.

Product itself GREAT, Hardware is bad.
The hardware included are concrete anchors. Unless you have cinder block or cement walls, these will not work, even their installation video shows the stud flopping around. There’s no chance a steel-shanked slip anchor will tighten in drywall. Just use some ordinary plastic drywall anchors with ordinary screws and you will be VERY happy with the remainder, majority of this product.

We use this in our flower shop
We have this in our Flowershop and use it every day with our corsage ribbons. It’s fantastic. Would highly suggest if you have a Flowershop to get one of these it holds a ton of ribbon.

Mounting
Item was good but screws supplied for mounting did not work…when screwed in they just stripped. We had to drill bigger holes, use new anchors and screws.
