These tablets contain 1,000mg of Green Tea extract equivalent to 10,000mg of Green Tea, with 980mg of catechins and 500mg of those being EGCG.This is a significant dosage, and even more so when they recommend up to three tablets daily.One average serving of matcha is about 4g, and one of these tablets is equivalent to 2.5x that, so this is an incredible dosage for just 12p each.Studies show that green tea extract consumption is associated with weight loss, improvements in BMI and body fat, and it may benefit cardiovascular health.I've been drinking green tea for years and sometimes take supplements like these to increase my consumption.While I can't report any noticeable results (because this is not a supplement that you will "feel"), I trust that the science is solid enough that long-term I am experiencing some kind of benefit.This supplement itself seems like it's high quality, and the dosage is not to be overlooked.

A cup of green tea doesn't compare to these tablets, the amount of extract is crazy but manageable. I have been taking one a day for some time now and have noticed better energy levels and less brain fog, I can't say for sure if it is due to these tablets, but I haven't experienced any ill effects.They contain a lot of anti-oxidants which is great for reducing stress, and I have even dissolved in water for application to the the skin, as green tea has a lot of benefits for skin health.The tablets are quite large but easy to swallow, they have a coating which helps it go down smoothly. Bottle is also kept fresh with a seal and I would recommend adding some cotton fluff inside to keep moisture out.

I am not a big fan of the taste of it (although I drink black tea all morning), so I take it in supplement form.This is some powerful green tea, and it is 98% polyphenols, and 50% EGCG. The green tea supplement I'm taking now is only 50% polyphenols. So, this is a pretty powerful supplement.The company claims quality testing and rigorous manufacturing standards. I have never heard of them, but it's good to see this.

Außerdem ist das Etikett weiß.Die Tabletten sind weiß, geruchsneutral, oval und recht groß, ca. 1,5 cm lang, läßt sich aufgrund der Rundungen schlecht messen.Die komplette Beschriftung ist nur in englischer Sprache.Diese Tabletten enthalten 1000 mg Grüntee-Extrakt, davon 980 mg Catechine und 500 mg EGCG, was 10.000 mg Grüntee entspricht. Das ist schon recht hoch dosiert, vor allem wenn man 3 Stück nehmen sollte.Grüntee-Extrakt wird zugeschrieben mit Gewichtsverlust, einer Verbesserung des BMI und des Körperfetts einherzugehen und der kardiovaskulären Gesundheit zugute kommen kommen zu können.2 Sterne ziehe ich ab da die Abbildung nicht dem gelieferten Produkt entspricht und wegen des kurzem MHD. Im Regelfall würde ich die Packung Retournieren.
