Soak and Wash before first use. Nice thickness. Sturdy. Good value.

Did not do so well in shipping. Many glasses were broken but, were replaced. Glasses seem very nice.

Most Arrived broken, I kept the good ones but nothing to do with quality most likely everything to do with Amazon drivers and shipping and handling.. but glass quality is very good nice weight to the glass I love them will buy again

Showed up broken, it's been almost a week and still haven't heard back from the seller. Would not suggest to buy. They look good but good luck getting replacements if they show up broken. *Update* seller has been in contact and working to resolve the issue of the broken glasses. They are beautiful glasses and we have been enjoying the glasses that were remaining. I'll give 4 stars with maybe a new update once resolved!

The media could not be loaded. Good looking, well-made, great price. I first bought the"save with used" option, and that was a big mistake.They did not use the foam top that had the cut out to protect the rims and hold the glasses in place (pictured). There are many reviews that talk about them arriving broken. Of course that could happen anytime but highly likely with the used version. They are not going to be packed well if returned before. These have a very nice heavy weight to them. I love the squared wide bottom so I can put 1 large homemade ice cube for cocktails (pictured). Thick bottom and thick sides are nice because I had similar glasses, but they had very thin sides going up to the rim and cracked or broke easily. If they do arrived broken, chat with customer service and refuse to return them since it is a safety hazard. They won't make you do it if you chat with them. With breakable items I always take a video of me opening the package because when you chat with an agent, you can upload pictures and video. They will make exceptions to policies if you can prove you’re not scamming the system. Good luck and enjoy.

Had a few broken glasses in original packaging, didn’t feel like going through the hassle of getting reimbursed. Nice glasses otherwise. Good shape. Heavy.
