In love with this bag...but some flaws
What I love: this bag is stylish and compact while managing to still carry just about everything I need. I use mostly hand tools and a 12v hammer drill/driver. I cant see it comfortably carrying much more than that. I love small tools that are lightweight and portable so this was the perfect transition at least for me...probably not a typical use-case for most reading this review so keep that in mind. If you carry multiple power tools than this is probably not your best option. Just as an example, I purchased a nylon bucket bag for quick handyman plumbing jobs which folds flat like a shopping bag and expands to hold 5 gallons of water (heaven forbid I ever come close to filling it on a job site). This bag is a MAJOR time saver and productivity booster especially if used with a toolbelt. It forces me to stay somewhat organized between clients. What I don't love: this bag has a small dip in the bottom of the bag where the bag meets your spine just above your tailbone...its designed I guess to make it more comfortable when worn...for me all it manages to do is pull my pants down while walking as it pushes on my belt...so I either have to either lower the bag below my tailbone (which sucks) or high above it like a turtle shell...not ideal but probably wont effect others as badly as it has for me (5'9"). The bag lacks a jabber/bit organizing pouch so you have to use the pockets which are hard to reach the bottom of if other tools are placed in the slot behind them which is a major negative to me.Overall: it was a good buy and I'm satisified. I'll deal with the cons as its worth the trade-off in terms of style and productivity benefits.

Bag truly is Rugged
This bag is made of great quality material, it is sturdy and durable while comfortable to wear. Plenty of pockets for your tools although once you start to fill the pockets not all are not that practical as it becomes harder to fit tools in them. Bottom of bag has a nice strong base. A lot of the pockets are stacked 3 deep but the third pocket becomes less useful when the first two pockets are filled. All in all though this bag has a large carrying capacity without being bulky or cumbersome. The material and quality of the bag is great, the materials are strong and durable, doesn't seem to wear or tear easily, which is awesome. I would recommend this bag for anyone thats looking for a backpack tool bag to carry the necessities, not recommended for someone looking to carry all of their tools though. I am quiet happy with this tool backpack!

Nice starter bag
It is a nice backpack for someone that is just starting to collect tools. I like it because its so much more convenient to carry on you back than in your hands in comparison to a normal tool bag. The reason I gave it a four is because it would of been nice if they would of made the plastic insert that goes against your back a bit more stiff because the one I have has flexed in half and it feels a little weird at first. Also wish they would of put zippers with holes for a lock. I just drilled some and called it good, not a big deal. It stand up vertical farley nice, just have to play with your tools and load them evenly. Would of been nice if the front upper pocket had a zipper instead of a flap with velcro just to better secure anything in there in case it does tip over. I don't really use the lower front pocket because its pretty tight towards the bottom. If they would of added a little bit of like foldable fabric and 2 more adjustable buckles on the bottom to tighten it down you would be able to fit bigger things in there. Over all its a good back pack to start with.

Excellent design and well made
This backpack holds the necessary tools for our work in a compact case. The orange colored interior make identifying the location of tools easy and the multiple pockets and elastic straps keeps tools in place and handy to use. It takes a short period of time to get used to where everything is. The larger zippered pockets make it easy to add an item, carry a test meter or product being used on a jobsite. The hard base allows it to stand up which makes it easy to access when using it. It's great to have all required tools both hand and power with you. Highly recommend it.

Good bang for buck! Strong construction!
Great bag! Holds necessary tools for initial diagnostic and repair situations. As a road service tech, this will help me carry essentials. Outside storages are a plus with inside fold-over pockets that keep small stuff from spilling out. Also has a zippered pocket that my tablet fits into. Strong zippered closure and padded straps make it secure and comfortable. The bottom is moulded and textured but with a nylon covering. The safety orange accents are eye catching. Very happy with purchase.

The small pocket in the front is perfect i put my business cards and card swippers in ...
This backpack is awsome, i do work as a garage door door repairman. While majority of the tools needed for most jobs are small in size this backpack accomadated all my hand yools inluding impact drill. A charger 3 batteries and a compact sawsaw. The small pocket in the front is perfect i put my business cards and card swippers in there. Now the bag is not too big but i think its perfect for my everyday need to pull tools in and out of a truck . Even at its current size the pack is comftorble enough to carry while also carried a 6 ft ladder. And it saved me trips back and forth.
