It’s no secret that when you first use it - it’s strong, almost like a burning feeling. (My husband vouches as he accidentally used it and noticed the same feeling.) But I’ve been using it daily over a month and my gums look really good, no more bleeding when brushing and a great feeling to know it’s greatly helped my mouth where I can’t see. Granted, I have a dentist cleaning soon so that will be a helpful indicator but will be keeping this one stocked regularly.

Bought this when I started having issues with my gums. This mouth wash helped tremendously. It does have a burn to it but you can dilute it with water. Great mint taste.

I’ve added this to my dental routine to reduce plaque buildup. I have not been back to the dentist yet but I’m hoping my hygienist can see the difference when I see her in a few months. I’ve been using in twice daily and my mouth definitely feels cleaner and fresher
