Sustained Energy Boost
The first cup I drank was kind of nasty tasting. But I followed a brewing suggestion on the package & it helped. Then I mixed it with Matcha (okay to mix, different compositions) & it tasted even better. I had drunk the Matcha by itself for a while & didn't seem to help my energy level much. About 2 weeks after starting the Yerba Mate (daily cup), I realized that it was working! It gives me sustained energy that lasts all day😀 I have health issues that cause extreme fatigue. Yerba Mate has caffeine, but from a different chemical make up than coffee (which hadn't helped my energy much). The Yerba Mate doesn't make me jittery like coffee sometimes did. This particular product is a very good value. The price was low so I figured I wouldn't lose much if I couldn't drink it. There are 50 tea bags. Since I only drink a cup a day, it should last for nearly 2 months. BTW the tea in this product is NOT smoked. I accidentally ordered another Mate product that was smoked. Not only did it taste horrible, it upset my stomach. This product settles well.

Tasty! A bit bitter so I mixed a little bit of manuka honey with it.

Love this tea so much. My husband and I have a cup at bedtime every night. We add a scoop of magnesium glycinate to the tea and a few drops of monk fruit. So tasty! Best sleep!! Tea really relaxes us, we wake feeling refreshed.

Packs a Punch!
The flavor is nothing great, but i usually will steep along with a teabag of Earl Grey. Man, it gives you that zip you need to keep going!

Love this tea! I drink it hot every morning with some added apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and ginger/turmeric too to manage insulin resistance. I open the bags and place in my Ninja coffee maker for a perfect brew and temp.

Awesome product!
I ordered the green tea, chamomile lavender and regular chamomile. They are alot better than the store or Walmart brand. Awesome product. Will definitely buy again!
