Problem-Resolved
Edit: Seller reached out to me with my complaint. They were very nice and understanding and sent me out a replacement product right away. I know that things happen and not all products can be guaranteed to work as described at all times. The customer service I received was second to none and I would totally order from this company again.Original Review:Ordered this and had it professionally installed on my car. As of this week, two of the four lighting sections stopped working entirely. Definitely not worth paying for. Didn’t even work for 6 months.

Amazing product for the price
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love these lights! Was easy on the pocket, super easy to install, and most importantly look amazing, maybe they might reach out and give me a deal on some interior or engine bay lights next ❤️❤️❤️

Underglow
I love the underglow and the different settings this was my 3rd or 4th seat and on all sets one side always go out not sure why but overall great for the price

Lights are not waterproof has mention on product
I used for under car, one side of the strip lights went out. Unfortunately after the 30 day return period & This product doesn't seem to have a warranty.

Easy to install not bad for the price.
The media could not be loaded. For install process you can either hard wire or use the cig lighter. I chose to hard wire mine. Be sure to clean your surface with a good cleaner. If the car is dirty the lights will not stick. The color change option is nice and different light settings .

Gorgeous lights at a cheaper rate.
Very great underglow lighting for you car at half the price of the competitors. Was easy to install because of the clips. The adhesive on the back of the lights was basically useless so make sure you're willing to screw it in to the underside of your car or you invest in some heavy duty mounting tape.

Failed strip
Have 1 strip burn out and 5 leds on another now and had them a month and 2 weeks on the car

Mala calidad
