Flavor was OK. I was skeptical at first but it really seems to work!
I have been able to remember things I did not even know I had forgotten like what street I lived on 50 years ago (Candy Lane IKYN (I Kid You Not)). Other things more important like where I put my keys last night and where I put my coffee cup this morning (bathroom counter)

Only a month of use so far, but seems like fewer of those tip-of-the-tongue moments where you know you know it but can't express it. Doing better with my Jeopardy playalongs!
