I like these products, plant/grass/ flower safe, just wet plants and grass down around area using with plain water before applying this product.Read directions, and easy to use hook to garden hose. Reasonable priced, these products are great for home diy.Remove algae and green mold growth easily. Spray, let set minute or two, use old broom for extra scrubbing if needed, then rinse.Easy. Wear old clothes when using and do not get in your eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

When I moved into my new home, I found that the deck and siding had quite a bit of mildew buildup, especially in the shaded areas. I wanted something that wouldn’t require endless scrubbing, so I picked up this cleaner. Using it was easy, I just connected the bottle to my garden hose, sprayed it on, let it sit, and rinsed it off. The difference was noticeable within minutes. The green patches on the deck faded away, and the siding looked much brighter. It worked well on my vinyl fence, too.But the spray isn’t as even as I expected. Depending on the water pressure, sometimes too much cleaner comes out at once, and other times it feels like not enough is being dispensed. I had to adjust my angle a few times to get better coverage. Still, considering how much time it saved compared to scrubbing by hand, it was definitely worth it. I’ll be using it again when the deck needs another refresh.

You need to know what this product will work well for. If you buy it as a replacement for pressure washing, you'll be sorely disappointed. It worked well on the greenish mold on my stone patio areas, and vinyl fence. It helped that I took a broom and scrubbed a bit. It had no effect on the blackish mold on the same areas. Meanwhile a pressure washer removes everything, dirt, mold, whatever. I got this on a sale, so I am not disappointed.

This product is awesome!! The directions are so easy. Just spray on, leave for 10 min, and rinse. Done! All the dirt and grime just rinsed right off and the fence looks brand new. Our porch shades are so clean. I am amazed!

This product only did a fair job. Used as directed and not everything came off. Had to redo spots with another cleaner. It was used on a wood deck.

It actually worked alright! But only lasted for about 20 ft of fence. WTF! Thats not enough! What a joke.So I mixed regular bleach and water (50:50) and sprayed the rest of my fence with a simple $5 sprayer and it did an even better job.

I Sprayed this on a white plastic fence, that was extremely moldy and discolored. let it set for a few minutes then lightly brushed and rinsed, it Removed everything. The fence looks like new. Amazing !!!!
