Unusual thin semi-dry cream
I don’t normally get the best of results out of dry and powdered hair products- they’re sometimes useful for travel or staying-out-all-night situations, where they’re better than nothing, but they never feel as good as the proper regular products. This is the first one that might be an exception. It’s a slightly unusual lotion to use. The instructions say you can spray it into your palm first or directly onto your hair, but for me the latter approach was probably awkward and made quite a mess. It’s much easier to get it into your palm first then spread it out, and you end up spraying much less of the product over the walls and into the basin! In the palms it’s a slightly thin but fairly yoghurty white cream, with a texture that’s more like a shampoo than a conditioner. It has a bright white colour and a reasonably neutral but pleasant aroma that’s hard to pin down. Being a leave-in conditioner it doesn’t lather much when applied to the hair, but because it’s quite thin, it can take a bit of care and attention to make sure you’ve covered your hair with it evenly. It dries naturally in a way that feels not too dissimilar to the natural drying of washed hair- it’s not especially quick, but it is remarkable how it does seem to gradually evaporate as though it were never there. A blow dry doesn’t ‘activate’ the product or turn it into a styling product through heat the way some other products do, and to blow dry it doesn’t feel all that unusual, even when running your fingers through your hair. The hair it leaves behind, in my case at least, feels washed and freshed- no major “wow” factor or special bounce, just a natural everyday wash that doesn’t feel too oily, and (to my surprise, for a dry product) doesn’t feel like loads of residue has been left on your head.In the shower at home I’ll still reach for a normal conditioner over this, but as dry products go, this is a good one. And if the asking price (at time of writing) had been slightly less than the hard-to-justify twenty quid, I would probably have given it five stars.

Smells great - really good protector - expensive
So, first things first, this isn't a cheap product! At the time of writing the price is £25 BUT I absolutely love it. I'd not heard of this brand before but having tried a few of their products now, I'm a total convert. This is a great brand and if you want to look after your hair and have it smelling beautiful and fresh, this is for you. Overall, I would buy this again but it is expensive and I'd probably wait to buy when it is on special offer.

Smells lovely
It’s smells lovely and applies well to the hair, there is no build up or left over residue from it, does it protect the hair from heat I’m not sure 🤔 how can you tell!? Leaves a nice fragrance on my hair so will continue to use it. Nice bottle but expensive price!

Greatly improved condition of my hair
I have very thick, coily hair that can be difficult to manage, especially when I'm trying to blow-dry it. But this conditioner has made such a difference. My hair feels so much softer and more manageable after using this conditioner. It has a really pleasant scent and it's easy to apply. I just spray it on my wet hair, comb it through, and leave it to do its job. It's also not greasy at all which is great.I can definitely see an improvement in the look and feel of my hair since I started using this conditioner. It's much less frizzy and tangled and my blow-drying time has been cut in half. It's also great for adding shine and body to my hair.Recommended!

Excellent Heat Protectant Spray from Drybar
Having long wild and unruly hair I need a good heat protectant to protect and tame it when I use hot hair straighteners and my Dyson Airwrap curling barrels. I applied this Drybar brand Hot Toddy Heat Protectant Mist over my dry hair, spraying sections, it’s a lovely scent, sweet vanilla like, I can still strongly smell it in my hair several hours later. My hair felt protected using my hair straighteners at 200 Celsius. An excellent hair protectant, though a little pricey for 130g, but it’s a good quality spray that doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. Please see my photos, I hope my review is helpful to you, thank you for reading it.

Smells horrendous!
I absolutely hate the smell. It’s so strong you can taste the smell. I had to open a window. I expected it to smell nice from the reviews but it smells like burning chemicals. Can’t comment on whether it worked or not as only used it twice
