So great, but the included cable is not awesome
The Sound (the experience):Being that this was my first IEM and first planar setup I didn’t know what to expect, but I’ve quickly become a fan! The balanced tuning on the HeyDay provides a nice mix of details, resolution, and that fun factor that makes listening to music very engaging. The low end (mid and sub bass) is tight but has very strong presence, and when a track calls for it, it does the needful with rumble, texture, and growl very well. The mids are neither forward nor recessed, and instruments and vocals sit in the mix exceptionally well. As for the highs, well, if you’ve never heard a planar driver before (and I hadn’t), you have to experience it. For the most part the highs sound natural to my ears, but there are times when something sounds just a bit “off” (like a quick open to closed high-hat hit), and that could either be my perception or it might be that “planar affect” some people talk about. In any case, the sound this IEM produces is a mostly natural sounding experience where you can either sit back and relax sinking into the mood, or sit up and pick out details in the music that you maybe never heard in your favorite tracks.Appearance & Comfort (near perfection):The overall appearance of the IEM shells is quite stunning with the anodized (I assume) gun-metal finish and the engraved pattern on the face plate. You can feel the build quality in your hand, and feel / hear the quality in your ears. The included ear tips were a bit “meh”, but they were just mildly uncomfortable and worked fine until my SpinFit W1 tips were delivered. With that minor change / upgrade it is a nearly perfect fit for me and very comfortable, to the point where I hardly noticed them (physically) in my ears. The Cable (not so perfect):The modular cable, though a great concept, doesn’t really reach the standard set by the IEMs as far as quality is concerned. The 4.4mm modular plug would not work properly on my iFi Zen stack in either the DAC or CAN 4.4mm port, unless I pulled it out 1 or 2 mm from being fully inserted. To be fair, that same plug works fine on the Shanling UA3, so I don’t know if it’s an engineering tolerance issue with iFi or this cable, but I do know that my custom 4.4mm balanced cable for my Amiron Home headphones works fine in the iFi stack. Also, while the appearance (and feel) of the cable is quite nice, there is a translucent blue wrap on each of the modular plugs that is already starting to bubble and bunch up and I’d rather just remove it, but it seems to be completely adhered (glued?) to the plugs.--- quick edit / correction ---The translucent blue wrap on the modular plugs does come off, and the underlying matt finish is quite nice. With this revelation on my part, I'm bumping up my rating to 5 stars as the 4.4mm jack tolerance is just a minor annoyance.

Great for music and gaming
Great IEMs. A very noticeable upgrade from my old ones. Got these at a discount too. I highly recommend these. Music sounds great and noises are very clear when gaming

Great sound but loose connector
While the sound quality is outstanding, one of the cable connectors going into the earphone is noticeably loose, causing it to detach very easily. This flaw is quite frustrating, I just don't know when I'm going to lose one of my earphones because of this.

Fantastic IEMs, from a person just beginning an audio journey
I'm only recently diving into the rabbit hole that is higher quality audio and so I would take what I have to say with a healthy amount of salt grains.I've tried numerous IEMs that are at varying price points between $50 and $250, and I can easily say that these are my favorite. They're incredibly comfortable in the ear (especially with the wide range of tip options offered), and their audio quality is fantastic to my still rather untrained ear. I listen to a variety of genres of music and they all render beautifully regardless of vocal style/gender.I have thoroughly enjoyed the resolution that these deliver, and the listening experience in general has just been delightful. I can't recommend them enough, but also please look at reviews from experienced audiophiles to see a much more in-depth/technical review.

Great headphones but lost a part
I purchased these headphones a little over a month ago for my birthday. They have been great up until recently when I’ve been having problems with the attachment of the earbuds to the wire. It kept coming off and I kept having to reattach it to the wire. It wasn’t a huge problem until I walked somewhere holding them and the earbud fully fell off and I didn’t end up finding it. Didn’t do anything odd to it, even held it and carried it around in the provided case other than this and a couple other times I held them in my hands. :(

Amazing Sound
I'm not a audiophile. These are my 2nd pair of IEM's. I first started with a pair of Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro with upgraded LINSOUL Tripowin Altea Upgraded 6N OCC Litz 4 Cores HiFi Earphone Cable, foam ear tip and a Qudelix-5K running balanced on 2.5mm. The Linsoul TANGZU x HBB Wu Heyday comes with everything included and sound amazing. There's no comparing the KZ ZS10 Pro with the Heyday. The Heyday is just leaps above. The only upgrade I made for the Heydays was SpinFit W1 for IEM. The stock earbuds that come with the Heyday are just as good. They did make my ears itch after a while So got the spinfits. The audio is Amazing the bass is crisp and punchy. Acoustics sound phenomenal. Only Issue I've had is the left IEM sometimes starts to cut out. Removing the wire and reinserting it seems to fix it. It doesn't happen very often. I would highly recommend these.
