Very surprised.. I thought it was going to be a waste of time, but i feel like a real weight has been lifted off my shoulders.. Great value and does what it says on the tin..

Good traction (2 herniated cervical discs), material is soft and comfortable, very easy to use. The Velcro straps aren’t that great so it can become loose but that’s not enough of a reason not to buy it. Really helps my pain

the principle is great but the material is itchy, it would be a great idea to have a thin cotton cover to stop the rubbing on your face and neck, it is also too big for me, I'm petite and maybe I should have looked for a child size,

I have tension problems I always find my shoulders up near my ears. My neck sounds like a crunched up bag of crisps. I got for Christmas an electric neck massager and last week bought a weighted neck cape. These two items released my neck a bit. But this item is fantastic when inflated it really stops your shoulders going up. When it is under your chin you do get a bit of a hamster face quite funny. Tonight even though I have now taken in off I am still keeping my shoulders down. I would highly recommend this product if you have stressed shoulder

I don't understand the negative reviews ,for the money you can't go wrong , having suffered with stiff neck joints and restricted rotation for some time using this has made an instant improvement in my case.

Wash ok design but burst now

Comfy and easy to use. I only use it for a few mins every day when I come home, just to take the pressure off my neck for 10-15 mins, which for me is enough to continue my day without the pains becoming too much.

Worked well initially stretching the neck joints but after a few weeks it starts leaking from the air pump joint.So needs to keep glueing it regularly to keep it working
