You'll be glad you bought it!!
After suffering with blocked ears (I have small ear canals) for a good few weeks after swimming I decided to buy this and I'm really glad I did.It is easy to use and isn't uncomfortable at all. After using olive oil to soften the wax for a few days I then used the machine and my hearing has been crystal clear since.Would definitely recommend.

Well Cool
Very easy and clean to use as long as your head is tilted towards the ear at least a bit. I had had a pain in the left ear for a month on and off, so used this to clean it, not much came out, but after the third use spread out over a week the pain is completely gone :). I used it in my right ear - once was ok, but 2nd time it resulted in a sensitive skull just above the ear and a headache. My advice is not to use the strong setting unless you have plenty of wax to protect the delicate inner workings and don't use it at all unless you have a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use it again for years, but the relief was easily worth the cost and although that could have been achieved with an under the ear cup model it would not have been anywhere near as cool.

Great product and good value
Received promptly with all components. Tried it out on gentle then pulse. Absolutely fantastic, my hearing problem disappearedI recommend the preliminary use of wax softening pilot ensure pain free success.

Works very well
Used ear drops for about a week before using this and it removed some wax. used drops for another two days and repeated the irrigation which removed the remaining wax. worked well and will recommend it to others. saves time and money getting ears sorted.

Not compatible for returns
When delivered found parts where missing.When trying to return I am blocked by a message saying not compatible for a return. Therefore if you purchase this item you are stuck with it if it is faulty.Your consumer rights do not apply. Amazon will not make good the faulty product

This is one great product so easy to Use, I had the one that you had to pump before and have a dish to put up to your ear now its all in one

Does it work ?
Having done my checks regarding this ear cleaner, call it what you like.It sounded quite clever and simple to use.I used it as per instructions and found it to be a waste of my hard earned cash. No it didn’t work as I thought it would.A bit of wax appeared in the ear piece, nothing went into the waste container. (apart from water)The idea sounded good, shame it didn’t deliver.

Different settings for hard - soft wax, wash water collection.
We have used the KAUGIC Ear Wax Removal Tool Kit in our Pharmacy for about 2 weeks. It is very effective in removing wax, especially if you ask your client to instil olive oil ear drops in the ear to soften the wax.We found that the Kaugic Ear wax removal kit also collects the wash water back into the machine with little spillage.
