Quality little multi tool set
It has a quality feel to it. I've used it a few times now while out camping. Both knife blades are sharp and have used for food prep, and the can opener works a treat. I keep it in my coat top pocket as and when I might need it.

Good quality pocket knife
Good choice of tools on this pocket knife at least for my own purposes also the knife edge doesn’t dull too quickly and it is overall a convenient size to carry around.

Great products as everyone knows....
Well, these products hardly need my endorsement, but, here it is anyway. Great quality and often used. Not the first nor likely the last I will have. I've had this one three years or so now, likely I'll lose it somewhere before it wears out as I have before. Just wish you could take one in cabin baggage when travelling light.

Can a knife be sexy?
Love this knife, I really wish they made all models in the black scales as I think they look so much better, this is a great little tool, only thing it lacks is the scissors, all Sak models in this size will lack one of the tools you would like them to have but that’s a sales trick so you buy more of the models, this model is lightweight ( you wouldn’t know it’s in your pocket) and has a great combination of tools, the two blades is a great combo as you can use one as a daily and keep the other razor sharp for when you need it, I have also purchased the glasses screwdriver to fit in the corkscrew and the pin that slots in the scale under the Philips ( have a look if you didn’t know the hole is there on all models ). In the black scales this model looks the nuts, is it possible for a knife to look sexy? 😂

I really wanted a Spartan like simple knife with nail (no small blade) file and scissors but ......
..... that seems to complicated for Victoriox? or something they just deliberately don't want to offer so that does annoy me some. You can get all sorts of knives like the compact or climber beating around the bush of what I want but not what I actually wanted.I also bought a Mountaineer (for file and scissors but it's a heavier bulkier 4 row) and a Forester and like the Forester best of the three but it's not a legal carry apparently with longer than 3 inch and locking blade. If I ever take up whittling or need the smaller blade of this Spartan then it might have proved best to have chosen this one.In any case it is a good small knife, most pocketable and best value of the three for the quality at £16 paid. Also looks very nice in black.I've now ordered the black case and it's almost as expensive as the knife!

Super Quality
There are literally hundreds of Swiss army type knives available with a wide range of functions from one or two blades to a virtual mini tool kit!! This pocket knife suits my day to day needs (mostly used when camping and in the garage). The build feels great quality and I think that this is a great value item and a reliable pocket tool. Obviously the blades are pretty sharp so don't purchase for minors !!

Practical EDC for the UK
I'm a great fan of the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife and am never without one. I have several as well as some limited edition ones in my collection. This particular one (Spartan) which I picked up for £12 on Amazon is one of the oldest and popular models they do. Having the two layer construction makes it fairly lightweight while still having a useful array of features. I own a Swiss Champ which has everything you could ever need but is heavy for carrying in a pocket on a daily basis. I mostly carry the Huntsman (because it has scissors) or this model. It's worth mentioning that all NEW Victorinox SAKs have the hole in the scales to conceal a stainless steel pin and the mini screwdriver can be added easily to any knife with a corkscrew (see image). They don't come with this model as standard. Victorinox just released alternative versions including a SIM removal tool and crosshead mini screwdriver. I wear glasses so it's handy for me to add the screwdriver to an knife. In order to remain legal for UK carry the Swiss Army Spartan etc have non locking knife blades so require care when in use. They can shut on your fingers if not properly used. For heavier use or camping I'd recommend a larger locking blade model like the RangerGrip, or similar, which has a large locking blade and rubber inlaid scales for non slip use. You can't carry one of these on the street in the UK. Going back to the Spartan, it's ideal for opening Amazon packages, tightening the odd screw and you can open wine. What more could you ask for! If looked after a Swiss Army Knife (stainless steel construction) will last a lifetime. Not bad for the bargain price of £12.

Victorinox never fail on there products
Whats to say there is nothing to dislike about the vistorinox spartan. Its a good all round pocket knife with all the useless tools taken out of it. Well built no blade play on the 2 knives and no play on the other tools ... however the corkscrew should of bin replaced with a phillips screwdriver but thats something i can change myself... also wish there was more scale options... but other the that its worth the money ... 100% reckonmend this knife for all those that wonna tackle little tasks indoors and out doors
