This robot vacuum actually picks up my dog hair every where… I like the automatic timer features through the app. It does what we want it to do and the battery lasts forever. It’s never once died on us… it keeps going and going. Easy to dump the mess and starts up every time…. Best budget robot vacuum on the market!

it last a long time after fully charged. shoot i used it soon as i got it. easy to clean too. it does get stuck and i have to look for it whereas it'll turn red but when your phone is connected to it it alerts you to let you know. and my cats were scared of it at first then, they will chase it lol. i haven't used the mop yet just vaccuum. and i put 4 stars cause suction could be better.

This robot vacuum has changed my life! I used to vacuum by hand but now I can't go back. I had been eyeing an automatic vacuum for awhile and I'm glad I bit the bullet and got this. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner. This picks up everything regardless of terrain and you don't need to do any work! The only task that you need to do is to "vacuum proof" the house by removing cords and anything that's loose out of the way.I have been really impressed by how this picks up everything and effortlessly navigates. it does have some quirks in that it doesn't clean in a logical pattern -- there is the zigzag cleaning option as well as the edge cleaning option that I use the most. Noise is minimal and the battery life has been great. I cleaned my entire house (1800+ sqft) using one charge and it's been a lifesaver given that I've had an ankle injury and cleaning my house has been difficult. I also have a dog and I'm a woman with long hair it's picked up all our hair!!There's also a mopping system that I used in my kitchen that has removed stains! I was amazed by that. The remote also helps makes the transition between vacuuming and mopping pretty seamless. I also downloaded the app and was able to have my Amazon Echo control it!Overall, I love my robot vacuum! I'd been hearing about this for years but was always intent on being self sufficient. Now I can't go back to handheld vacuums because I have this!! My house is super clean now.

This is our first "Robot" and I was overwhelmed with the choices and PRICES when we first started researching the item! Seeing prices as high as $1000k + was disheartening! It seems the reviews on the higher priced items were less enthusiastic than the ones in the couple hundred range, so we decided to start low and see if we liked anything. This model came up on Amazon when I searched for "vacuum robots". It had a "limited time offer" sticker on it of $151 and underneath "regularly $799 with a 71% savings!" I was skeptical and went to other sights to get the REAL price which was about $225. Shame on Amazon for the deception! This is NOT a $799 machine! I found a personal video of someone doing the review of this product and was impressed. It looked easy to use, functioned appropriately and and really couldnt find a negative, so I bought it. We have had it a week and I am very impressed with its cleaning action. We have an english bulldog who sheds constantly. I am used to vacuuming twice a day, as we have dark hardwood floors. Set up was easy, app is user friendly and machine itself was easy to figure out. So, we set it in motion! Our bulldog was NOT impressed! It seemed to go wherever Jackson ran to! It took a few times of use for the bulldog and "Berta" ( our name for her) to make peace. I am very impressed with the way the brushes sweep out corners and edges. It runs fairly quiet, in fact one particular morning, bulldog was sleeping under the dining room table and did not hear Berta coming, and got a short bump in the rear which sent him running! I have used both the remote and the app and they work fine. I am having difficulty with the manual button for direction, but I am sure it is me and i have not spent enough time playing with it. My living and dining area are very large and it does take a long time for it to cover the area and I find it sometimes stays in the same area over and over. If it is far from home base and I press "home" it seems to take a VERY long time to find the way back to home. I usually wait for it to get in the area and then press home and it heads right in to sleep! I empty the dirt compartment after each use. It does suck up ALOT of hair and the screen is usually clogged. This is not a big deal for me as I empty my vacuum cleaner bag after each use too. Some of the reviews say they empty weekly- umm, they do not have a shedding dog for sure! Lastly, today I gave Berta the day off and decided to do a heavy vacuum and floor wash. I was very impressed with how good the floors looked before the vacuuming, especially the areas under furniture. Berta has done a fine job! She also transitions from floor to carpet with no problem. I am amazed at some of the small spaces she gets in and out of! So far, we are very impressed with this machine for the price! I might add, the video review I mentioned showed some metal strips that can be placed on the floor to prevent robot from crossing over. My machine did not come with those strips- I think my model is newer and it is not a big deal. I just close doors if I don't want that area done. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase and hopefully it will be a long term employment. As you can see, Jackson and Berta have made their peace! Lastly, I did not give it 5 stars on suction and deep cleaning as I do see areas of something like cookie crumbs that did not get sucked up. It happens infrequently so its not a big deal. I have had no problems with the battery charge and it can run up to 2 hours without charging.

Excellent product cleans very well even under the sofa. It is easy to use when taking out the garbage. I like it and I recommend it since it is at a good price 👍

I live in a small studio 574sq and I love the fact that i can leave for work and come back and my whole apartment is clearly vacuumed. The mop is more like a damp cleaning so if you walk behind it while it’s moping it’s not soaking wet. It gets the job done, my only hiccup is that it can get stuck going over a lump in my rug or get stuck trying to vacuum the bottom of my cats tree tower lol.

This was working pretty well and just suddenly stopped working. Completely dead and won’t turn on. It was only used a couple times a month and was always on its home base so not sure what happened but can’t return and it says customer support is no longer available?

Definitely picks up dirt and dog hair.. but trying to get it to vacuum and mop the entire floor well, it doesn't do as well.. I mean it's convenient, but it could do better by vacuuming and mopping the entire floor
