Looks great!
Pictures of before and after. Watched several videos on replacing back and battery. Everything went smoothly. Pre-applied adhesive made it easy. I also replaced the fingerprint reader. I can't tell a difference between this and the original.

It works but instruction was difficult
I read the instruction a few times, but I ended up breaking the original cover. I was able to put the new cover back, though. My phone is working fine. Not sure about the battery life yet.

Adhesive didn't seem very sticky
As long as you are patient and line up the back glass it is a perfect replacement. You may have yo heat up the edges in order to get adhesive to stick or use some liquid adhesive in addition.
