Love these. I'm a dedicated hobby gardener & use these for long-lasting ties & connectors outside. It requires some effort & time, as well I dedicated tightener/cutter (absolutely worth it). I attach plant ID tags to stakes, connect wire fencing as trellises or as supports for tall plants, etc. They last for years where nylon zip ties may only last 1-2 years. Caution however: they require sharp tin snips to remove, so I NEVER use the metal ties on water mister tubing, only nylon, which is taken down every year. And there is sharp remnant once cut, so watch out. Still worth it to get the longevity.

I’m using these to hold fences to t posts. They aren’t as easy to use as plastic ones but will actually last in the outdoor environment.

Liked that they won't break down in the higher UV exposure in white mountains which destroy plastics outside in 1 to 2 years of daily exposure.Used on dog kennel/chicken crate (10 × 20 feet). When also using metal zip ties gun as easy to apply as plastic zip ties.
