Electrolytes, it's what plants crave
Love the lemon lime. I like to double up for more flavor punch but with this flavor you can always just add to other beverages without it being over powering & still giving the electrolytes you need.

Use to create the best JELLO mix EVER!!
I have been drinking these sugar free Sqwinchers for about ten years now during the summer months when doing longer distance surfski and fitness kayak paddling sessions. They are simply the best thirst quenching product I have used. Recently my wife suggested that she try making an electrolyte boosting Jello type of desert from these to enjoy on hot days after a workout. 2 packets of Knox gelatin mix or equivalent. 2 cups of water. 2 or 3 Sqwincher packets according to your preferred taste. In my opinion, you might end up with one of the most enjoyable Jello types of desert that you have had! Lemon-Lime is the personally favorite.

Easy and tasty way to hydrate!
I love these! So much better than Gatorade and other options out there. I love the lime flavor…almost reminds me of the lime popsicles from my childhood!
