ALLSOPCleanDR Laser Lens Cleaner for Blu-Ray/XBOX 2017/18

I had to buy this about 3 weeks ago when my newly arrived Saucerful of Secrets concert Blu Ray wouldn't play on my high end Panasonic UHD Blu Ray Recorder but worked ok on my more basic LG Blu Ray player. It soon transpired that the Panasonic could not play any Blu Ray Discs but could still play DVDs which pointed to a problem with a dirty lens in the player. rather than a mechanical fault.The Blu Ray Lens Cleaner worked a treat. All one had to do was Insert the Disk, Press Play, watch a short intro and then initiate the cleaning process and a min after the process had finished i could insert a Blu ray disk and everything is working again as it should be. The whole process took about 7 mins.I would definitely recommend this product.

This is part of a range of disc cleaners using brush tuffs as an alternative to strip brushes. These appear to be much more effective. This version specifically designed for blue ray states it gets much closer to the lens and has recesses cut into the disc for the brushes to fold back into in useThe end result is it appears to clean much better than the DVD cleaner also Alsop to same family does. So would understand why more expensive but you do not buy many disc cleaner. Recommended for blue ray, if your just cleaning a DVD player I have no problem with the DVD cleaner version and about half price.

We are assuming that the DVD player was broken and have now replaced it. We were constantly getting Disc error messages and recommendation on line were to use a disc player lens cleaner, so we read the reviews about this product which were very positive and ordered it. It did not resolve our issues, so we returned it. The product arrived on time and was well packaged.

I have a 4k UHD Blu-ray player which works fine with Blu-ray discs but will not load many kK UHD discs now, using this several times did not help.

Simply put, this is a simple but very effective way or restoring your BluRay device to working order.My Sony VAIO was nearly a year old and was becoming very unreliable when playing back BluRay DVD's, after investing in new Pro 11 Corel Win DVD software, the problem remained and I was headed for the Sony shop to get it sorted....then I saw this item on Amazon and thought I'd try it.Results? The BluRay disc loads and plays each time with a 100% success rate and the colours and audio are all fine again, no more dropping out or distortion, older BluRay discs I'd abandoned now play again...welcome back Iron Man :-)My pride and joy, the extended BluRay lord of The Rings looks wonderful...that's my litmus test!Highly recommended !!

Used several times on my Xbox One, had no effect.My Xbox has stopped reading game disks and is won't play BluRays without juttering and freezing. The problem is dust.I tried taking the Xbox apart to clean the lens but I couldn't get in to the disk drive.The forums recommend this specific product, but it hasn't worked. My xbox still can't read game disks and it's even finding it difficult to boot up BlueRays at all now. The drive is now just stopping and starting, trying over and over again to read the disks.The shipping of this product also took weeks

Arrived today and popped straight into my Pioneer LX58 player. Very easy to follow instructions and sorted my speakers too.I popped in my blu ray copy of black hawk down and immediately noticed the difference, the picture was clearer and crisper than before.I would highly recommend this product for all high end and budget players because as the old adage goes " you look after it and it will look after you"

I got it yesterday, one cleaning cycle and my BD player is working again!NOT cheap, but it is designed for zero clearance in Bluray players!NEVER use a CD or DVD cleaning disc in a BD player - the brushes don't retract.I bought this as well as a replacement player as double indemnity.Second player works fine, I checked it then boxed it back up and put it away as a spare; my Sonys are basic, but I'm used to them now.I couldn't guarantee it will work for you, but it did for me.It gave me back my first BD player - made my year.

Like the title states.. I was having freezing issues when I got the player… threw this in and then played a movie and the freezing was less consistent… I threw it in another time and let the cycle run about a couple of times again so a total of 3 cycles I did and I just played a 4K movie again and it has no freezing. I know the lens sometimes has difficulty reading discs with 4K, when these things are manufactured now who knows what could have gotten on the lens when it was being assembled. Seems ok so far now. I’m much happier than yesterday. I also put this through my ps5 for the hell of it haha

The lens on my Series X became so dirty the system could no longer read discs. Whenever I tried to watch a Blu-ray, or play a game I was met with a black screen and error message. I tried reinstalling the Blu-ray app, even resetting the console to factory defaults. Sometimes this would get it working for a while, but inevitably ended in that same black screen and error. I was looking at a costly service repair. In desperation, I looked on Amazon for a simpler, and cheaper fox. Thankfully I found this product. I put the disc in, and let it run. There were no visual or auditory prompts that I could tell. But, like Aunt Bethany, “I cant hear a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plant.” Anyway, after running the disk for a few minutes, ejecting it, then running it again, much to my surprise I found it played Blu-ray discs with no issues. I had the same results playing games. After months of sporadic function, and then no disc functionality at all, the Series X was back to full operation. I can’t promise it will have the same results for everyone. But, before spending a large sum on costly service you should give this a try. It might just surprise you.

Nettoyage parfait.

Bought this to clean my Blu-Ray machine that refused to play any discs anymore. Ran this through the machine twice and now the player is running perfectly again.

Aunque en las especificaciones consta que hay las instrucciones de audio en Español, "ACLARO" es Español latino con lo que se hace más agradable oírlas en Inglés. Además mi PS-3 aunque detecta el disco como un DVD, no se inicia ningún menú ni de limpieza ni tampoco de calibración de Audio/Video, con lo que creo que no limpia nada, en cambio en mi reproductor de BD's OPPO, si se inicia este menú y se puede el progreso de esta limpieza.Un producto algo caro por lo que ofrece. Además se vende en caja azul como si de un blu-ray se tratase, y no es más que un vulgar DVD con la caja actualizada, y el menú de trabajo no está ni en HD.ACTUALIZACIÓN:Descontento con el producto inicio el protocolo para su devolución y reembolso del importe, pero resulta que al ser un vendedor externo que envía por su cuenta, Amazon.es deriva a éste mi reclamación, el cual me envía e-mails en inglés diciéndome que si es culpa de mi PS-3, que si tal que si cual, pero ninguna etiqueta para su devolución. Ante tanta pregunta/respuesta en inglés decido dar por perdida la batalla.Recomiendo NO COMPRAR NADA que no sea vendido por Amazon.es y enviado por éste, dado que ellos si cumplen con el derecho a la devolución o cambio, pero los vendedores ajenos PONEN TRABAS.AMAZON !!!! VIGILA LO QUE VENDES Y QUIEN LO VENDE QUE EL QUE DA LA CARA ERES TÚ!!!!No recomiendo ni este producto ni al vendedor
