Its size fits perfectly as i can easily cut to any size. I stand all day. This foam helps my knees and feet fresh and light. Currently using these in my daily walking shoes and once cut to size they have been comfortable and supportive.

It a comfortable insole gives fairly good support to heal and absorbs fair amount of shocks while playing & running. Cost is little bit higher. Else its a good choice for a sports person.
