It looks amazing and works amazing! We are so happy with our purchase. It took my husband 30 minutes to install. It came with everything you need for installation. It feels like great quality and we have been actively using it for 2 weeks now! For the price we could not recommend it more!

Unable to install it as a touchless faucet as one of the connections were the sensor piece goes was jammed from factory. My husband tried but not possible. Had yo call a plumber but also wasn’t able to work touch less. The quality is poor though it looks good.

Our kitchen faucet has been leaking from the sprayer hose which is through the countertop. We went to one of the big box stores to look for a replacement. We were looking at one that is identical to this one but about 6x the cost. The one we decided on was not in stock so we just went home. I got online just to explore other options and came across this one. So glad I did! When I saw the price I was skeptical. So I read the specifications half a dozen times looking for something that would tell why the price was low. I could not find anything that said "don't buy". It arrived today. Looks and feels just like the high price one we saw at the store. Comes with everything needed to install. Now if the spray hose decides to leak it will be over the sink and not on the countertop. If you are looking for a kitchen faucet don't hesitate to buy this one if it the style you are looking for.

All in all it’s nice. Very easy to install. Has 3/8in female hoses came in a nice secure box and looks great. However I will say that some of the parts are cheap plastic and will most likely break sooner then later. It also lacks a divider for the sprayer hose so it doesn’t run against the supply line hoses. For a cheap fix this is perfect. For the long haul invest in something a bit better.

However, I am now facing an issue with it.Approximately ten days after a plumber installed it for me, I noticed that the body of the faucet has become loose. Concerned about this, I contacted the plumber again, and after a thorough inspection, he pointed out a manufacturing defect located at the bottom of the faucet's body.Specifically, there seems to be an issue with the threaded steel ring at the base of the faucet, which appears to have a weak thread. This issue has resulted in the faucet becoming loose, and I am unable to use it properly.I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the faucet to address this issue.
