Product Description This deluxe electric corkscrew makes opening wine easy. Before use plug in the adaptor to the charging base unit and stand the corkscrew on the charger and leave for 8 hours (the blue charging light will glow). When ready remove the foil from your wine bottle using the foil cutter included and place the corkscrew on the top of the bottle. Press the button and the corkscrew will automatically drill into the cork removing it with ease and then shutting off when fully removed. Press the second button to release the cork. A great gift
I already have one and have been delighted with ot for over 2 years now. Bought one for my son for his birthday and he is equally happy with it and his children think it looks great

Super Long Charge
I ordered this on the 15th July 2016 and after receiving it a couple of days later I charged it overnight. Yesterday, the 7th of December 2016 I had to recharge it for the second time! My wife and I have a bottle of wine every day (yeah I know we shouldn't but we like the stuff) and I know that not all the bottles we've had needed the use of the corkscrew as some have screw tops but this has been used a lot on just that initial charge.This is the second electric corkscrew I've bought, the first needed recharging weekly and finally couldn't hold a charge longer than a day; it was about half the price of the Vinology, which perhaps proves that you get what you pay for!This is a high quality product and worth every penny and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

A great device when it works
A great device when it works. Unfortunately the inner sleeve that grips the cork and slides up and down the main shaft has a tendency to stick in the retracted position making it difficult to remove the cork. I cured the problem with a spray of cooking oil but the design needs a small modification to prevent the problem in the first place.

What a Corker
Fantastic accompliment for the kitchen, this device effortously removes the cork from the bottle with the minimum of effort.
