I bought this toothpaste after researching the most dentist recommended toothpaste. This was one that was the most common one that popped up. It has a minty fresh taste. What I really like about it is its mess free nozzle and flip cap. I cannot speak on the real benefits of the toothpaste. Only time and my dentist will tell. So far, I am pleased with the toothpaste.
