Met expectations
I have high expectations for Curt Mfg equipment. This met them.

This item will come chipped!
This is a heavy item. If you are hoping it will be delivered in pristine condition, it will NOT. It gets banged up just because of its weight shifting around either in the factory or during shipping. Mine was delivered with multiple dings and paint chips. But I expect this would happen during use anyway. It's a hitch designed to carry hundreds or even thousands of pounds.

Not much that can go wrong with two heavy pieces of steel welded together.
Had to drill out the 3/4 inch hole to accept a 2 inch ball, but I knew that going in. Drilled the larger hole, installed the 2 inch ball, installed the mount into the receiver on the back of the car and happily towed a small trailer.Small trailer to match my small car capabilities, 2 inch ball to match the small rental trailer capabilities.

Looks good but not sure...???
Generally looks like a great product. This is the second one I've received with the powder coat damaged. Maybe something wrong with the powder coating process, or poor packaging for transport. Amazon has been very supportive.
