DOWNGRADED FROM 2 TO 1 STARS FOR POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORTThis seller ("Effyzaz inc", also known as "Gooddeals18") continues to ignore requests for support.On the rare occasion that they did respond, it's with a response such as to re-submit my request for support. (Perhaps they were hoping that if they delay with exuses long enough, that the 30-day limit for returns expire??).Requests for issues beyond those that can be addressed by reading the user manual are forwarded to another person using a free e-mail account (i.e. gmail). Attempts to follow-up with their support person directly were blocked as being an "Invalid e-mail address".After trying it out, and subsequently exchanging one of the units due to manufacturing defect (bad 3.5mm connector), it became apparent that it really wasn't designed well for rider-passenger configurations where using the handlebar remote is desired.In addition, there are firmware stability issues whether connected to a cell phone or a second passenger in via intercom that results in the connection being dropped. Sometimes the dropped connection requires a manual reset (recessed switch that is not accessible via buttons).Ended up tossing these and purchasing from a higher quality Interphone headset from a more reputable seller (MotorcycleGear).

Product came on time. works just like they said it would. Downside is the poor fastener to the helmet. I had to purchase another unit because i lost it while ridding wind blew it off. When i got the second one, I used some Velcro and it works great. We my husband and grandson also have one and same issue with fastener. My husband has music system on his bike and i don't. But when we are connected, i can hear his music well up to about 50 mph. We have had four connected at one time, my brother has it. and they worked great up to about 60 mph. Handle bar remote great for no blind searching on the helmet while ridding. And the price is great also. I highly recommend them to anyone ridding a motorcycle.

This unit has exceeded all expectations!The unit was super easy to install in my helmet.It came with velcro backed headphones that held snugly in place in the earwells of my helmet.Audio is crystal clear. I can hear Navigation, Music, anything from my phone, and anyone speaking to me on the phone while riding can't believe I'm on a motorcycle! My bike is extremely loud and yet they don't even notice it.I am very pleased with this product - Even more pleased knowing I didn't spend $300-$400 on a Scala or Chatterbox!I will test the rider to rider function in the coming weeks and update my review. I'm confident it will work flawlessly since everything else on the unit has so far.WELL worth the money!The vendor (gooddeals18) was excellent. I made a second purchase of the Shark Rider 4 for my wife, she did not want one at first but after the first ride she enjoys listening to music without earbuds being tethered to her phone. We have problems communicating between the 2 bikes but that may be more user error than the system. We both like the remote for controlling the volume. I can receive calls while riding at highway speeds. I am thinking about a third purchase for my son but I am not sure if henhad a Bluetooth devices. I have had a few issues but most were user abuse, the problem I am having now is that the adhesive strips that the set comes with does not like the AZ heat, the controller has come off the helmet a couple of times but luckily stayed connected to the speaker wire and I was able to secure it before it went flying. Both purchases where made effortlessly through Amazon and where received in a week of purchase. For the price I am happy with this item.

It's important to remember that this set is cheaper than any of the others. Or at least it was when I bought it last year. Because of that, I think it works really well. The wires can get a little in the way, but for me and my friend on our scooters we can talk easily and answer phone calls with no problem.

I have not found a way to charge the main unit since the charger only fits the remote.It is impossible to read the printing in the User Guide without a magnifying glass.I don't know if it works since I can't charge it.I will post again later, once I try it.

Received with a dead battery in the handlebar unit and it won't charge up. Can't seem to find the LIR 1632 rechargeable anywhere so am using the CR1632. Unit works fine and I want one more but can't locate one.Postscript: I was. contacted by Shark within a week by email and they sent me anew unit. Great company and a great product that works great!

Great communicator for price and quality, I like everything about it so far. The remote controller I don't use because it mounts with a bolt and nut onto grip, so once mounted and lets say you need to charge it haha either run an power cord and use the charger or dismount and then charge and remount, maybe im doing it wrong not as instructions show, don't need it so the rest is good enough for me...I like the speakers as well and volume rate is good for what your buying.
