Good vitamins, not so great taste
This liposomal vitamin product has an excellent mix of immune support vitamins that are good for boosting immunity during cold and flu season. It includes important vitamins like zinc and vitamin C, as well as elderberry, echinacea, and ginger- all the good stuff for sending cold germs packing! My entire family is sick right now, and I'm taking this to hopefully avoid coming down with the a dreaded cold- so far so good! As a teacher, I tend to get sick a lot because I'm around lots of germs, so this product is good to keep in my desk at work for those days when I start to feel a tickle in my throat. While I like the vitamins and convenient little sachets that they come in, the flavor makes taking this product something I dread. The instructions say to mix it with water or a drink, but do not specify how much liquid it should be mixed with. I mix it with about 8 ounces of water, and the result is a milky, light purple liquid that tastes mostly of ginger and vitamins. I'm not fond of the taste at all, and it made me burp ginger for a few hours after drinking it. I think it would probably taste better with a strongly flavored juice, like orange juice.Overall, this is a good product that is convenient to take, but it could use some work in the flavor department.

Top tier liposomal product - Great for inflammation and immunity
I regularly take elderberry supplements and I keep dried elderberries on hand for hot and cold teas. I suffer from bursitis in my shoulder areas, so I try to take supplements to help with inflammation. Elderberry, as well as turmeric, are my natural “go-to” natural remedies. However, I also take elderberry, zinc and echinacea for an immunity boost. What’s awesome about this product, is that it already contains all these things in just one dose along with a host of other immune boosting supplements.Best of all, this is a liposomal product. It absorbs much, much better than other supplement types. For me, that’s where this product really shines! So… how does it taste? Well, for my first try, I mixed it with with about three ounces of water and chugged it in one gulp. And, I have to say, I didn’t hate it. There is definitely some tartness. I noticed that some other reviewers thought they detected a chocolate flavor. I don’t know if it’s my imagination, but I go that vibe also. It wasn’t unpleasant for me. I think perhaps it would be a good idea to not have an empty stomach when drinking this product. You may end up with some “ginger burps” otherwise.Overall, this is a top tier product. You simply can’t beat liposomal products for ideal absorption. I will probably keep this product on hand for when anyone in our family is at immediate risk of getting sick.

High quality immune support based on proven technology
The product comes in individual packets that are perforated and can be opened easily (no scissors needed). This makes it convenient to take one or more with you if you’re traveling. The liposomal technology is proven to provide much better absorption compared to normal pills, powders, or liquids. The taste is OK, I wouldn’t call it delicious. I took it with cold water and it mixed really well and was easy to swallow. It can also be taken straight from the packet but it’s a gooey liquid and I didn’t try to take it straight from the packet.I looked up the brand online and it looks legit, manufacturing premium vitamins and supplements products that are all based on the liposomal nutrients delivery technology. It’s also made in USA.I did feel a positive difference in overall energy and focus but like all supplements results can differ from person to person.

Opinions on flavor are mixed in our house
I got these elderberry (plus other ingredients like ginger yum) packets to help with flu and cold season. I sort of forgot about them until my daughter caught the flu and I had her start taking them. She informed me the flavor of the packets was “agony*” and refused to continue taking them, haha. My husband and I haven both started taking them to try and increase our immune systems and he says they are “NOT agony flavor, but I don’t like it” and I think the flavor is great but I’d suggest taking it with food as I got a bit of a sore stomach taking it on an empty stomach. I like the fact that it is liposomal as that means the elderberry will be more absorbable than regular elderberry preparations. I can’t really speak to the efficacy of the elderberry extract as I’ve only taken a couple of packets. If I have further insight in the future I will return and update my review.*she says it tastes really sour but someone is trying to cover it with chocolate (there is no chocolate in the ingredient list) and it made her mouth water a bunch haha
