Works straight out of the box
Arrived one day earlier than expected. I bought exactly the same model about five years ago and it worked reliably until the external sensor recently failed. The external sensor is no longer available separately so I bought the whole clock as a replacement. The new external sensor works perfectly with both the original clock and the new one. There has been some negative feedback on this model but to be honest I've never experienced any of the problems or been bothered by any of the shortcomings. At the end I wanted a radio controlled clock with an external temperature sensor and this fits the bill at a very reasonable price.

Beware - Make sure you get the right version
This is a great product and I would have loved to have kept it but unfortunately and I thought I had done lots of research the unit comes in two versions. One is specific to the UK and includes a switch in the remote unit allowing it to pick up the UK time signal. The one I was sent did not have this so I sent it back. The return was dealt with efficiently and I would have no reservations with buying again.

Better than my last one
This clock gives all in one package, i bought it because my last one didn't have the radio built in. The projection is large and easy to see. Anybody that wakes in the night, and has to turn, to see a small clock will benefit from just looking at the ceiling.Just be aware, you will NEED a shaving adaptor two for a fiver, at a certain outlet, but i found it worth the extra. I choose to wake to the radio first, then if fall asleep again i wake to the alarm..

Bad description
Seems like I bought the model that doesn't work in the UK \o/. This info should've been provided in the item's description. What was supposed to be a surprise for my partner turned out to be a source of argument between us after all the expectative and then frustration trying to make it work.

Did not deliver as promised
We bought this product through Amazon.co.uk., and it was supplied by Market Monkey. The first unit they sent was the wrong product, and we had to return it. The cost of the return was not covered in full, even against the enclosed receipt - apparently Amazon has a limt on the cost of returns (we've had to return things once or twice before, and received the cost as per the receipt without any issues. However, apparently only second class postage and no packaging material is refunded per policy, and as the Post Office did not volunteer the second class option, we'd returned it first class in fresh packaging, and subsequently were refunded only just over half of the cost). The RRM320P, when it finally arrived, is a nice looking unit with controls large enough to operate even when in the process of waking up, unlike the slimline model, which is more of a display clock than an alarm clock. However, an annoying feature of the RRM320P is that the projecter is fixed, projecting straight up from the clock, which means that you need to make sure that the projected time is not going to be distorted by coving or other ceiling features. Further, our particular unit refused to connect with the remote sensor, which means that it would not be able to receive the correct time from the remote sender, nor be able to display the outside temperature. We returned it for a replacement, but received a full refund instead (including the full shipping cost this time, as we specifically requested second class postage and re-used the original packaging), as apparently they'd had several complaints about the same issue with the remote sensor.Altogether very frustrating, and I think we'll stay clear of both Oregon Scientific and Market Monkey going forward.

WRONG PLUG
I bought 2 of these for my grandsons' Christmas presents only to find that they came with a continental 2 prong plug. I then had to spend £14 on 2 adaptors. Selling electrical items like this in the UK is possibly illegal and certainly inconvenient.

Not fit for purpose
It came with a two pin plug and therefore needed an adapter; it failed to connect with the radio signal and therefore would not calibrate properly; and the beam time to the ceiling was to small to be visible.
