I prefer this gel over the paste because it has a more pleasant flavor. It foams easily and provides good coverage throughout the mouth, leaving my teeth feeling clean and mouth nice and fresh!

I've tried a lot of different toothpaste brands over my lifetime. I grew up using Colgate as kid and have bought it more times than other brands. I decided to try Colgate Total Gel a year ago to see if it would make a difference overall when I go to the dentist for cleanings. After 5 months of using Total Gel I went to my next cleaning. The hygienist said my teeth have less buildup and my gums looked better than ever before. The second cleaning had the same response. I will continue using Colgate Total as it has definitely made a difference in my dental health.
