1/2" to 1/4" RO Feed Water Adapter Ball Valve Faucet Tap Feed Reverse Osmosis

Installed this in my 2018 Fuel Toy Hauler to provide filtered water to my sink. Super easy install with no leaks. I spent 2 hours at Home Depot looking for this, asking for help, and finally walked out. I looked it up on Amazon in the parking lot before driving home and hit the buy now button. I should have saved myself the drive.

Installed a Frizzlife 3-stage filter in the RV which came with the wrong size valve. This valve worked perfectly in my Keystone Montana High Country 5th wheel.

This product worked fine for a little over four years. Then the valve started leaking when closed. I removed the valve handle and tried to tighten the interior core as I didn't know how else to repair it. The leak soon returned. In the end I left the valve open and installed a 1/4" dripline valve on the hose to control flow. If you are fine with a basically throwaway product, this adapter is great. I was hoping for something longer-lived or at least repairable.

It installed easily and did not leak.

It's been in use for a couple of days now; no issues. It looks solid and well made. I needed to replace a cold water tap out to my reverse osmosis system; and everything fit just fine.
