After a great deal of difficulty I got it working. The instructions with it are useless. No info which way around to even insert the strip (at least, none that matches the strip. It mentions a gold contact area, but there is nothing gold visible on the strip.)It doesn't even make clear where you put the blood.It does seem to work, however.I've used this a couple of times. It does work so I've upgraded it to 4 stars. I would add, as a warning, that when replacing the cap on the lancet holder, it's possible to accidentally change the depth setting to 5. Try not to do that!!!!!!I will add that none of this was in any way the fault of the customer support person who helped me work it out. She was patient and professional.

The device is easy to use, especially for one already familar with other monitors. However, the instructions speak of calibrating the device in a provided solution, which was not provided. In this instance, until I can compare the results to another monitor, I do not feel able to trust the results given.I do like the chart of blood sugar ranges included, and the wallet is sturdy enough to be easily transported in a handbag or pocket.

Had to buy this as a backup. 100% easy to use and accurate. Came with a wallet style holder which was a lovely surprise as I didn’t see that on listing. Recommend highly.

Yes it takes a little learning in how to use it (plenty of videos on line that are better/clearer than product info) however it is a superb product - sturdy, easy to use, accurate.
