First off I love the flavor! BUT. If you vape and you’re used to a big effortless inhale when you smoke, this doesn’t do that. The air flow resistance is so much that if you suck as if it were a vape, you’re going to get light headed. Which isn’t very satisfying in my opinion. Wish the airflow hole for this was just bigger and it would be perfect.

For the price these things are okay but after a day off inhaling and swallowing my favored spit my stomach was in knots and I was in a lot of pain. Maybe it was from something else but thought I would throw it out there.

I didn’t like the favor, tastes like Vicks- it’s not a bad product but I’m not going to re order. It’s basically a straw. I took the filter out and just kind of chew the tube. It’s just a personal thing for me

Great oral fixation object, but for such a small piece of plastic with essential oils, I’d say it’s way overpriced. The first one I lost within two days, I think my puppy took it. I’m not sure how long they’re supposed to last either. At least a pack of 5 would be mite reasonable for this price.

I use this everyday. I quit smoking, cold turkey. The cigtrus made the transition much easier.If they came out with a reusable product with air flow adjustment. I'd purchase it without question.

This just might take care of the oral fixation. The aroma is not very strong and I wonder how long I'll be able taste it at all. Cost is good. Hope that continues.

Flavor is great, idea is great, but it doesn’t have the “pull” you’re looking for when quitting smoking. You really will have to put your mind to it, but it’s not going to have quite the same mental effect.

This being the 2nd time I've gone through the battle of giving up smoking. The 1st time was when I was 30, had been smoking for 15 years, being pregnant with my 1st child made it a bit easier and cutting a straw, the width of a cigarette, cut the length of one and chewing on it gave me the hand to mouth satisfaction. Like a fool I started smoking again 34 years later. No pregnancy this time just hate smoking. I am wearing tobacco cessation patch and thought this product would do as a hand and mouth tool instead of a straw. It is thinner, the lemon has very little flavor and I drop it constantly. May work for some just not for me.
