Functionality
Replaced my old and broken flippers. No more frustration trying to lower my ladder.Works like new.Installed in 10 minutes

Worked well with my ladder
Broke off the original ladder and needed to fix in order to keep the ladder functioning like it should. This part worked as it should.

Works ok so far. Have to wait to see how long the flippers last.

Extension ladder flipper replacement
Impressed with quality of parts. However, I have a 20+ year old Keller ladder and the bolt diameter of kit bolts was too small, allowing for bolts to pull sideways out of notched holes. Trip to hardware store solved problem with larger diameter bolts. Would also recommend some form of picture or even diagramed installation instructions showing spring/flipper install direction.

Broke easily
Easy to install but we used it only once and it already broke. Not worth buying.

Just what my old ladder needed
Perfect item to fix my old 12 foot extension ladder. Easy to install and seems to be the same as the manufacturer parts.
