Customer service is beyond outstanding. This little hand printer works great, is easy to use, and incredibly versatile. I couldn't be more happy with it and with the manufacturer who stands by their product, helping me get a replacement charging cable when I couldn't locate my own.

I was so excited to come across this product. I must say that it was very easy to operate. They include a jump drive. If your image doesn't appear to load once you input into the device then that is because the initial image that you saved is too large. You'll need to save probably no larger the 500 px by 500 px maybe even 300. Then you should be able to see it on the display. It did print very well on flat surfaces but I was trying to print on a glass uniquely shaped bottle so it would not work for me. If you have something that has a flat surface then I would definitely recommend. It only prints in black. By the way the metal tray that comes with this item is used to make your prints straight. It took me a while to figure that out. Also, the device must roll before it prints.

This product had a very promising description and worked well the first 10 print jobs. It started to go downhill after that. The screen digital screen stopped working just when we realized that the battery was not holding the charge. I would not recommend this product.

This product is absolutely amazing. The platform is very easy to learn and the fact that you can create texts on the device and do test prints is very convenient. It’s best to wipe the tip after every few prints. The battery life lasts all day too! Worth the value.

Works great, easy to use right out of the box. Tested on t-shirts, boxes, wood, pretty much anything flat.You can use it right out of the box by just typing in what you want to print. I used the included usb to transfer my own images. The print size is pretty small in height, but you can swipe and do a really long design. Make sure you don’t do much larger than 200pix height, or it may not load correctly. You can resize the dimensions from the screen and set the proper placement. I like to slide the image over to the right a little bit, because I noticed if it is right up to the far left side- it will cut off the first part of the print sometimes. Basically 10 minutes of playing around with it and you are good to go.

I have had a lot of fun learning how to use this tool. And it has quickly become a staple in my tool chest. I use it to label everything from storage drawers and boxes, to tupperware leftovers. (Side note, isopropyl alcohol and a paper towel cleans it off of plastic so you can use it again!) This thing has been a game changer. The included alignment tool makes it so much easier to print on curved surfaces, though it does take some practice.
