Selections Compostable Leaf Sacks Bags (Pack of 10)

Arrived quickly and as stated. Have not used these before but they hold a good amount of leaves and are sturdy enough to carry around without dropping any leaves. I like the attached string for tying up the end. Can't comment on how effective they will be because that will depend upon time and weather conditions but they are certainly great for keeping leaves in one place and I don't see any reason why I shouldn't have decent leaf mould next year.

I find these bags so useful in the autumn. The leaves can breathe; insects can get in and out. The bags rot down well for mulching the garden in the spring. There are some cheaper versions around but these are better quality.

Found this alternative in the nick of time. Two bags full of leaves now left to rot. Plan to monitor the time it takes to decompose. Hope to get at least 2 uses from the bags but no guarantee is given.

Items arrived soon after ordering. The sacks are well woven, with rope loops attached, making them easier to carry when full, or suspend, however there is no drawstring. The jute fibre breaks down almost as rapidly as the leaves they are designed to carry, so it's advisable that once full, you stack them somewhere out of the way to compost, not to move them too much when almost decomposed, as the bags tear when the elements have gotten to them.

Brilliant. Easy to fill, environmentally far superior to plastic bin bags. Will buy again.

The items arrived quickly and were well wrapped. They appear to resemble the description and I am hopeful they will work well when used in the Autumn.

I buy these every year and they do the job. Tidies up the leaves and stack away to produce leaf mould

Very pleased with this item. Sacks are large and easy to fill with fallen leaves and avoids need for plastic bags. Can't yet comment on how readily they break down!
