The Best for Medical students.

Great illustrations. Would have been great if the cover was hard bound.

I though that this was a concise edition of the original gigantic tome by Churchill Livingstone, but it is only "inspired" by that book, which means it uses the name "Gray's Anatomy" to market itself and justify its astronomical price. In reality, it is less detailed than even Chourasia. If you want an idea, hear this: this book does not have any mention of alveoli, something that even school biology books do not forget to teach. I am beyond disappointed. If you want something more fun than exam-oriented books like Chourasia, get Moore's. That and Netter's atlas will be your best friends. Keep Chourasia for exam nights. You can also buy the proper Gray's Anatomy by Livingstone. It feels nice to own the Bible of anatony, but it will mostly collect dust.

Illustrations and information makes it easy to understand. However, I am not a medical student or have any medical background.

A worthy investment for 1st year of GEM - if you’re on the fence, go for it!

Great for University Study!

While the book is decent in terms of medical basics, descriptions are inconsistent, and it is mildy annoying how one decides to print a huge book like this as pocket - it should be hardback. This won't last very long unless you're super-careful with it, book is hard to handle due to its own weight & lacking hard covers.

I allowed a friend to borrow my Grey's anatomy book and never received it back. I am happy to get this book back
