No unpleasant smell, and although these are great for Aggressive Chewers, they are not indestructible. The first pack lasted about 2 weeks, which is some achievement with my Gerberian Shepskies, as every other ball we've tried has been destroyed in 2 minutes.The squeakers however barely lasted 20 seconds, as they are rather thin and flimsy, making it very easy for a dogs tooth to fit inside and break it. So when the sqeaks broke, the balls became fair game for a good chewing, as the appeal to play fetch etc, without the squeak was gone. Due to the fantastic quality, it took my large male a good 2 weeks of non stop chewing to get through the thickness.But when I purchased my second lot of these, I also purchased a packet of slightly larger squeakers with a stronger end (like a star within a circle), and so far they have remained fully intact. Because they haven't yet been able to break the replacement squeakers, my dogs are having the best fun, playing fetch, and running around making lots of noise, happy and content. My male hasn't put his new one down since he got it, and loves it so much that he even sleeps with it.These are by far, the best ones that I have come across to date and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again or recommend to others.

Very good bounce colours are very brite me and my German shepherd play ages with them good value for money get 4 different colours me and my dog play ages with them every day and not one spike as come of yet he goes about ott when it squeak

These balls are perfect for my 3 large dogs albeit a bit noisy which they love .Robust and so far indestructible and with the bright colours are easy to find .

Amazing toy, my dog destroys toys in minutes and loves chewy toys he can get his back teeth on but these balls are his favourite toys by far. Be warned!! The squeak in the toy is VERY high pitched so we’ve had to push the squeaker into the ball but it hasn’t stopped my dog from having fun. Wouldn’t leave him unattended with it as he’s chewed off a few of the spikes already but he plays with these balls for hours. Definitely recommend.

Gave these to my dog for Christmas. Bought them as it said great for aggressive chewers. The squeak stopped working in one of them in about half an hour & today 27th Dec one of the others has a small split & has stopped squeaking! They are tougher than some similar ones I have purchased but obviously not as tough as stated. He doesn't play/chew at them constantly he alternates with tennis balls so I am disappointed that they haven't done better.
