This is a beautiful Jewelry Armoire, solid wood, well made and worth every penny. It is a gorgeous piece of furniture with lined drawers (one for rings) that slide in and out easily. The side doors, which also open easily, are wonderful for hanging necklaces of all lengths.I had a small problem, it arrived with a chunk out of the lid. It was poorly packaged, so to my surprise it was in perfect condition other than the top. I spoke with a friendly and very helpful Amazon customer service representative (Ashley) who gave me the manufacturers name, phone number and the item number, so I was able to order the top piece. Amazon would have sent a whole new Armoire, without hesitation, but all I needed was a new top, which I look forward to receiving in a few days.Follow-Up: Received the part in 2 days. We replaced the broken lid and it is now perfect. Amazon, and the company that makes this Armoire, had terrific Customer Service. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You will love it too.With some of the negative reviews listed, I would suggest you purchase this item only from Amazon. If you have a problem, they will make sure it is corrected either by replacing the whole Armoire, or just a broken part.

Theis Jewelry box is made of cheap lumber stained a different shade of cherry than most furniture. Poor craftsmanship because the drawer fronts had damage marks and discoloration that was done after the product was stained and finished since there was no stain on some damage marked areas. The left bottom and the right top pivoting pins on the doors were bent. The packing was adequate thus confirming the damage occurred while making the product. The top is a nice piece of thick wood finished with out gouges. The top is a better quality then the rest of the jewelry box especially than the drawer fronts.

Santa brought me this jewelry armoire for Christmas and it's perfect. It's beautiful, looks EXACTLY like the picture, is just the right size, and required minimal assembly (the top is not attached and it took about 5 minutes and a screwdriver to attach).The drawers are light-weight and easily pull out to be set on the bed so I can look at my jewelry options. The side-doors close with a magnetic latch and don't even look like doors when they are closed. There are 10 double hooks on each side for necklaces (or necklace/bracelet pairs) and the hooks are slightly offset so longer necklaces have room to hang clear of others.The lower drawers are deep enough for ring rests (I have some from my grandmother which I am keeping even though the rings are in the velvet rolls now!) and for small boxes of jewelry. I am thrilled to have the space in those drawers to store jewelry that I want to keep, but that is not really part of my regular set of options now (heirloom, old childhood, or seasonal).Love it!

This is a beautiful armoire. The color is rich and almost matches our bedroom furniture. The size is perfect and it holds a lot of stuff. I was able to put all of my jewelry in and still have two empty drawers, which I filled with scarves and stuff. Everything is conveniently stored and accessible. One of the side doors was broken when we took it out of the box but my husband was able to fix it and it's not even noticeable now. I love it and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered this twice due to it being broken when i first received it. The order was covered by Amazon prime and the customer service agent had another sent immediately. It came quickly and for the most part was intact. The hinges on both cabinets were broken. The peg breaks very easily and as the first had not been sent back my husband replaced the hinge from the first cabinet to the second. For the most part they are nice, although with a bit more quality metal on the hinge it would be a great product for the dollar. We have already called the manufacturer for replacement hinges due to fear of future breakage and only a 30 day warranty.

I'm giving this armoire only 4 stars for ONE reason only. The only thing they could add to this piece is a locking mechanism. Other than that, it is an all around GORGEOUS piece of furniture and is well worth the price.The armoire has 8 drawers. The top drawers are all approximately 1.5" deep, and the bottom three drawers are all approximately 3" deep. The two swingouts on the sides have 10 hooks (5 top/5 bottom) but the hooks are "double" so you can easily put 40 chains in there. The top drawer is divided into two "sections". The right section holds rings, the left has been quartered. The second drawer has been divided into 9 sections. The third drawer has been quartered. The next two drawers have no dividers at all, and the bottom three (deeper) are also not sectioned.The top, which flips up, exposes two sections. The right hand side is for rings, the left is not sectioned. There is a mirror inside and the top has good heft.I read the reviews here prior to purchase and while some reviewers stated that their drawers are "barely in there", mine all fit snugly and slide well. The color represented in the photos here on Amazon is a pretty good depiction of the actual color. Mine matches well with my Louis Philippe furniture purchased elsewhere.
