Loved these so much I now have 4 of them. I used them on the night stand next to the bed since they have built in batters but also run on the base they are great for those few occasions where you wake us and the electricity is out. Having the push button on top is a night little functionality too. I wish the batteries lasted a bit longer when on medium light, 8 hours would be great so that the ones on my desk could last a work day. Since they leverage HUE technology I can also turn them on or off remotely. The setup was really easy. They do not look "prime time" so I don't put them in my living room, but still great for other places, they a medium size for fit well in small rooms. I recommend getting two for a large desk because the light only shines down.

I absolutely love this lamp! I suffer from anxiety and having this lamp is so soothing and makes me feel relaxed. I didn't realize how much I needed better lighting until I found this. My favorite part is you can charge it and take it to a different room in the house. I use it on my nightstand and enjoy the soothing light to wind down. I use the preset colors sometimes (I love the flickering one like a candle), and I also use the Hue app for other scenes. You can also remove the colored piece on the stem if you don't want that on there.

Seamless set up and works with apple homekit (if you get the hue bridge). I love all the color options and scenes. You can also take it anywhere which is nice.

Despite this, I purchased two and find no regret in my decision. As someone with a substantial investment in the Philips Hue ecosystem (105 bulbs and lamps across my home), experimenting with this lamp felt logical.I recommend this product to those who appreciate low-light settings, are committed to the Philips Hue ecosystem, and are comfortable spending over $100 on what is essentially an upscale nightlight. While it may not suit every need, it undeniably adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to low-light environments.

This Philips Hue Go lamp is amazing! The colors are vibrant, it’s super easy to control with the app or voice commands, and I love that I can use it both indoors and outdoors. It’s lightweight, portable, and adds such a cozy vibe to any space.

This barely lights up a corner in my room. It does not get bright enough to even use as a lamp. Terrible overpriced product.

UPDATE. if this happens to you there is a fix. Hue folk called me this morning and walked me through it and it works again. So happy.This is an expensive lamp. It works but only when on charger now. The whole “portable” part of it doesn’t. Internal battery does not hold a charge. This obviously is an issue and my lamp should be replaced regardless that is over one year. A lot of people have the exact same issue. Either recall the lamp or fix it.
