Don't buy the product as its not value for money. In pic the product quality looks good but when you receive the same its not up to mark.

Excellent product considering the cost it is available at.The flexible shaft too works as per expectation.Edit after 1 month of usage:This item punches way above is weight. The quality is good enough to enable almost all work loads. The item does not heat up much even when used continuously (and properly) for more than half an hour. Includes a huge assortment of bits out of the box.The question is can it challenge other rotary tools that cost 10 times more? The answer is obviously no. I see 1 major problem that may or may not affect you depending on your work load. There is a minute wobble in its Chuck. This affects every bit attached to it. How big is the wobble? Less than half a mm at the edge of any disk attached to it at no load. This becomes negligible when actually cutting something with the small metal cutting disk provided. On the other hand, this is more prominent when a drooling bit is attached. The length of the drill amplified the wobble to a full mm. For other bits, the effect is somewhere in between. This issue affects every Chuck provided - the 2 rotary tools as well as the shaft. Other than this, I do not see any major issue.

Faulty equipment was delivered. I applied for return/replacement and it was accepted for replacement. But now Amazon says REPLACEMENT DEADLINE is over.
