Leaks a bit
Is not leak proofMy nose hits the lid when drinkingDoes keep beverages at a warm or cold temp. Better for cold than hot because of the large lid opening.I was excited because I love this company and we use MANY of their products in my family, but this one was a miss for me.I used it for a couple of weeks and slowly stopped using it. It remains in my cabinet, untouched.

Lid not well designed
The lid does not make a very good seal, and it is not designed well for drinking. Liquid leaks around your mouth. Also does not keep beverages hot very well.
