They print fine, but they do not reset the out of ink message so I constantly tells you that it’s low on toner even though the cartridge is newFollow up: I originally wrote a two star review, but the vendor contacted me directly with a fix and an offer to refund my money while allowing me to keep the product. Excellent customer service.

UPDATE: Customer Service at this company is fantastic! Even though it was months, maybe years, after I purchased this product before I got to try it and found it did not fit my printer, they gave me a full refund and offered a replacement product. I would definitely buy from this company again, but next time I will test to make sure the toner fits my printer as soon as I receive it.This product is NOT compatible with the Brothers HL-L2380DW printer. I ordered it a couple of years ago and didn't get to try to use it until 2025 as I had a backlog of toner. After I put it into the drum, the drum would not load into the printer at all. The standard Brothers TN-660 loads into the printer just fine.
