I bought the motorized version with PONs, they work flawlessly and easily using the App. I made a small demonstration video (see the video). The colors of these items are not gray rather than greenish gray (see photos), with slow speeds the motors are quiet. However, It's on the expensive side but worth it.

We do a lot of different video work. It can range from scripted short films, corporate interviews, commercials, or even product showcase videos. Recently, we have been getting a lot of product videos for social media in both vertical and horizontal content. We usually like to film using macro lenses with some green screen work and our gear needs to be repeatable and precise. What I love about this slider is not only is it precise and repeatable, but it’s also module with the pan and tilt motor. I can use it on anything meeting the client’s work including Timelapse and I confident it will get the job done. Only negative so far, it’s a bit noisy when the speed is dialed up so keep that in mind with mic placement. Very happy with this slider.

This motorized slider is honestly a beast. The build quality is incredible and it operates so smoothly that it exceeded my expectations right out of the box. I didn’t even need to open the manual—the controls were that intuitive. Battery life is also excellent, especially with larger NP-F970 batteries, giving me plenty of runtime for wedding shoots and professional projects. As a professional wedding videographer, having the optional built-in controller on the M4 E700 series was a must. I can’t always rely on a phone app, especially in low-reception or run-and-gun situations. The control board is simple and effective, though I do wish it could rotate for easier viewing when mounted high on a tripod. That’s when the phone app becomes more useful—if connection allows. The included foldable legs are well-designed and make tabletop setups quick and easy. I don’t often need the support legs, but using just one on the motor side completely solved tipping issues with heavier setups. I’ve comfortably mounted a Sony FX3 with a Tamron 35–150 lens, and with proper tripods like my Manfrotto sticks, stability hasn’t been a problem. Noise is minimal—running at mode one with 100% speed is nearly silent, while higher speeds on mode two do introduce some motor sound. For most uses, it’s not an issue. I also love the dual-barrel design that doubles the slide distance while keeping the unit compact. The Micro 4 is a fantastic slider. The iteration Zeapon has made is incredible. The motor takes mere seconds to attach and upgrading the firmware out of the box was hassle-free. Build construction feels premium and very sturdy. Also comes with support rods to keep the slider rock-solid. I purchased the Pons PT in combination with their Micro 4 and found the slide/pan/tilt action to be buttery smooth. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Micro 4 motor is touch-screen with intuitive controls that make setting up waypoints quick. In addition to normal speed, there’s a high speed toggle switch. In either mode, the speed knob has a 0-100% dial, and at its fastest speed, it is FAST. Like really fast. Operation is quiet and the manufacturing is beautifully machined. The two-tone blue and black combo looks great. The packaging is clean with well-designed carrying cases, including diagrams that indicate how each part should be placed back in the case. They’ve also included compartments in each case to store NPF batteries, all the way up to the 950 size. Even the shipment packaging was overly-protected and well-packed. You can tell that what Zeapon creates is from a labor of love. It definitely shows.

App makes the device itself unfunctionable. Complete wast of money. Only available firmware update was from 2021. Currently it says my devices need an update, but there is no way to update anything.

it does have one limitation and that's the app. You can't program it's ramping speed. That makes it difficult to match multiple shots for VFX work or if you want different looks/feels when starting and stopping. Unfortunately this is a hardware limitation so it will not be updated. That said, I still think it's a pretty good option for making creative and controlled movements. It's also great for interviews on a 2nd or 3rd camera (this is where we end up using it the most).

The impression that I had when I was unboxing it was that I was looking at an exceptional product in terms of design and manufacturing... Every detail was carefully thought, this is a high-end product and I worth every penny.. just one little tip: make sure to clean it after use and before storing it... As you can see in the pictures attached you'll find lubricating fluid in some parts and you can ruin other camera gear if you don't clean your hands or the slider itself...

Abislutley love this thing, it has changed how I make any type of video now. I have been using a gimbal for the longest time and was always getting frustrated with the left and right sway I would do. Gone are those days. It's super easy to set up and their customer service is amazing. They have a customer for life over here.

Easy to setup. Has worked without any issues, including the mobile app. Great quality overall.

I’ve used other sliders over the years and can honestly say nothing comes close to this one, even far more expensive units. Analyzing the gyro data for any other slider shows the typical ups and downs, less than a gimbal but still there. This one shows nearly a straight line and the ultra smooth footage bears that out. The fact that it’s a double distance slider also makes it far easier to hide the slider on a straight roll-in shot and its vertical smoothness is simply unmatched. I was a bit sceptical about it prior to ordering because of reported issues with the app but I have had no such issues and there is an easy fix for the most reported issue (non-connection after firmware updates) - simply delete the app and re-install it. Yes, that’s a bit of a pain but it’s minor when compared to the quality of this unit and the results it provides. For product video, real estate and commercials, this thing will pay for itself in no time. Yes it’s twice as expensive as a GVM or Neewer but the results are worth 5 times as much. If you want professional results, you need to use professional equipment and this slider is professional in every way from the outstanding build quality to the ease of use.

I've had both the edelkrone and syrp sliders and they were so unreliable I only used them a handful of times over the last five years. I've been blown away by zeapon and have used my e1000 on so many shoots already in the first two months. The manual controls are what I've always wanted in a motion control device, and the app is bulletproof where the others glitch out and stop working if your screen goes to sleep. Motor is strong and silent, carrying case is really high quality, build quality is 10/10

I bought recently the Zeapon Micro 4 700. Previously i had bought a cheap one from another vendor but wasnt happy at all. The sliding is very smooth, no sound at all and although it looks short in lenght it is not! the double expansion is amazing. Because of the quality i also bought the tilt and pan modules. I think this is the best slider in this price point. APP : they do have an app, a good one. I just would love that you add presets ( saving different presets). All the rest are there! I really think this is the best slider for the price that you paid. I have no concerns at all with it at the moment, really well made. I recommend it.
